My girlfriend uses this website pretty frequently and has always been satisfied with her purchases and I've liked what she's shown me that she has gotten from here. Although on my first attempt to purchase from her I purchased two items of jewelry and didn't receive either of them. I thought I must've put the wrong address but I checked and it was correct. Both packages says they've arrived yet my girlfriend had to miss out on two christmas gifts and I looked pretty lame. Would be cool if it can be fixed.
I was waiting for my package for a while then when the tracking # finally said it was time for the package to be delivered I mad sure somebody was home to get it an the package never came
Placed an order on the 17th of April but the Has still not been received. I have tried to contact the website but have had no reply from the website on the matter.
I'm very happy with my hinged hoop sleepers. They are very easy to put in and close. They are very securely closed and don't open on their own. They are also comfortable to sleep in.
Only received one of the 3 items I ordered. I ordered 3 different items and a few of each but the package only contained one of the items. Even when the receipt had all the items I ordered listed.
Got flesh color plugs, but they are more plastic white. I'm very pale so i don't know who's skin color would be that white. Especally for ears, ears tend to be a warmer color.
The balls on the jewelry I got literally won't unscrew like at all. It's beautiful and I love it but I can't wear it because i can't unscrew the balls at all

The opal style ball looks just amazing... the double sided ball earing is comfortable. It is a little hard to twist together when trying to put it in because it is so small but i love it!
I received a 0 Gauge by half Bent barbell the part that goes to the Prince Albert had two beds Where is the screw portion was protruding through the barbell of my PA piercing so that the threaded part on east side was coming out of the barbell not out of the balls BeEd's so that if I tried to put the half-page PA onto my penis it would rip open the inside of my penis because of the screws protruding out of the barbell and not in the beads very very disappointed
I ordered 5/16 piercings and got 3/8 which i hate to use
They can't be returned because I had to open the bag to see the size so now I'm stuck with them.
I wrote customer service letting them know the package I got wasn't the size I needed and did not open it and still haven't got a response back I will never recommend you guys or ill ever order again
Half of my tongue rings glow in the dark. I ordered a pack of 10 count 18mm tongue rings that suppose to been white. But I received some 16mm tongue right mixed in with regular length tongue rings.
I ordered a nostril screw retainer advertised to have a bezel along withbother pieces and the retainer did not have a stone at all. Unfortunately it is not worth the hassle to send back.
I was a 1st time customer i bought earings within 1 week i got them only problem was i only got one so i email them they said sorry they would send another one well that was a month ago i keep emailing them and still no response and guess what no earing! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
It's hard to find 18 gauge nose rings/studs/screws anywhere in person and this is the best place to get what you are looking for.
