Very happy with my recent order. Packing was minimal and appropriate for item. My only criticism is items no longer available should be marked as 'sold out' and not viewable vs. removing the shopping cart button. Prompt follow up from c/s inquiry. Thanks!
My girlfriend uses this website pretty frequently and has always been satisfied with her purchases and I've liked what she's shown me that she has gotten from here. Although on my first attempt to purchase from her I purchased two items of jewelry and didn't receive either of them. I thought I must've put the wrong address but I checked and it was correct. Both packages says they've arrived yet my girlfriend had to miss out on two christmas gifts and I looked pretty lame. Would be cool if it can be fixed.
When I got my rings first the bar didn't come out but when it finely did it was so hard to get back on I couldn't do it I wasted $20 then one of the rings was smaller then the other was not happy

I was, for the most part, pleased with my experience. There was one pair of plugs missing, though, but aside from that, everything was in order!
Delivery is too slow. Has yet to arrive. Great prices... decent selection to choose from. Disappointed in timeliness.
Purchased cartilage ring. Shipping was fast however the jewlery was very poor quality. Ring was bent and not easy to figure out how it functiond. Would not recomend to others.

The piercing looked used, skin on the labret base. Came in a tiny bag, not sealed. Too cheap to bother sending it back.
Tracking number is not accurate with updates and don't have an avaliable contact to help me with this issue

My order took a long time to arrive and one of the 12g tunnels is cracked and I'm not even able to wear it, very sad.
