I've been ordering from Bodyjewelry.com for over a year now. You can beat the price, selection, and quality. Big plus for me is that they are based in FL, so all my orders make it to my home in 1 to 2 days.

My girlfriend uses this website pretty frequently and has always been satisfied with her purchases and I've liked what she's shown me that she has gotten from here. Although on my first attempt to purchase from her I purchased two items of jewelry and didn't receive either of them. I thought I must've put the wrong address but I checked and it was correct. Both packages says they've arrived yet my girlfriend had to miss out on two christmas gifts and I looked pretty lame. Would be cool if it can be fixed.

Earrings were a little bigger than I thought, but it was an error on my part for not reading all the description, no fault of the company. Purchases were very nice and well-put together and delivery was fast. No complaints here.

I selected two pieces of jewelry and placed my order. I was surprised to get an email stating they no longer had one of my selections especially since my order went thru and processed. However, they were very customer friendly as they allowed me to select a different piece of jewelry at no additional charge and also agreed to include a free gift. I appreciate them working to mend the situation. Would buy again.

When i first started ordering from body jewelry my products would receive in two days. Three tops. It doesn't come as fast now, and i'm a little disappointed in that. However, the service is still excellent and i will continue shopping from body jewelry.

The jewelry is good quality and shipping is pretty fast but when I received my order, I was missing a piece of jewelry and have been charged for it. I've called, left a message, and emailed them and haven't heard back. Really wanted to like this site but due to this unfortunately, I won't be purchasing from here anymore.

I ordered an L-shaped stud, and the stud I received had more of a J shape. I contacted support and they sent me another order. The second order I received had the same exact problem. I contacted support again and asked for a refund, not a third order. I have not heard back from them since. These days there are more important issues out there, but when you pay for an item it needs to be at least decent. The items I received are unusable. Shipping time was about 10 days for both orders. I thought it was because of the holiday load, but other reviews mention that as well. I will never buy from this company again.

I bought a couple sets of earrings. This first set was cute but not realistic for what I needed and the other set was ridiculous cause no way could I ever get those in my ears. I ordered because they had a money back promise. Well, I have sent the earrings back and I am still here waiting on my refund. 40 bucks is a lot of money to throw away.

I ordered a single item from this shop. A whole week elapsed with no communication besides "order received". Then when I inquired about what was taking so long, they tell me the item I ordered is out of stock! They couldn't be bothered to tell me this though; I didn't find out until I contacted them! There was ZERO communication on their part; still waiting for a refund.

I ordered a pair of spirals they were out of but failed to take them off the net. Got a shipping notice and billed for earrings they didn't have and when I emailed customer service I got no answer. Took two days to get through on chat and by phone. Took another 3 days to get my money back. Sorry operation.

Got the wrong order. Tried to contact them through the number on their website MULTIPLE times and have not received any call backs after leaving multiple messages. All the links to email them on their website are also dead so there's no way to get a hold of them that way. Pretty upset after spending almost 30 dollars with them and getting the wrong product.

Even though the website could use an update, I'm thoroughly satisfied with the jewelry I bought. 40 pieces for $20 plus free shipping... can't get any better than that. Plus you get 15% off all future purchases... waaaaayyyyy better than bodycandy

I ordered twice because I was very satisfied with my first order. But the second time French customs required me to pay taxes which made twice the price, so I sadly returned my order. I explained to customer support with whom I had great exchanges. As soon as received their package back they refunded the order.
Too bad for me because I liked the good quality and originality of my first order.

I was iffy about the quality of the items I bought due to how inexpensive they were but I'm happy to say I was wrong? Though the glass pair differ slightly they are still wonderful and I wear them often. I will definitely be a customer again.

I bought a retainer for my soccer season as my piercing was still healing. It came in the mail sooner than expected and I put it in right away, but within three hours it was starting the go through the hole and into my nose. It wouldn't stay above the skin so I had to take it out immediately and buy a different retainer from Spencer's that works just fine.

I have ordered from them a few years ago... I am trying to replace 2 continuous rings for my ears... I made 2 purchases trying to get just one that would work... both purchases were very disappointing. The first two were too small and defective because the smaller piece broke so it won't stay in... the second purchase was too big and just as terrible of quality. I have 8 continuous earnings in my ears that were purchased 3years ago... I just want to replace the two that broke. After spending over $40 on the two purchases... I am out the money and have to look somewhere else. Very disappointed. Will not shop here again. Terrible quality

Initially I was pleased with the speedy delivery. Disappointment soon followed as not even an hour after I put the barbell in, the top ball came off and I swallowed it! I only ever had this happen after months of loosening if I had forgotten to tighten it but this barbell wouldn't even tighten. I thought maybe that's how it was supposed to be, obviously not. I have emailed the company requesting a replacement or refund but have not received a response. Will give updated review if issue is resolved.

This was my first time using this site to order piercing jewelry and I was excited by the discount that I would receive after liking them in facebook.

I ordered my nose and lip ring retainers in advance of coming home because at work I cannot have a lip piercing. The order was supposed to arrive on timr and last minute the order said there was a delay and it was unknown when it would be delivered. It came a week later. Very annoyed. Never ordering from here again. I will be going back to Body Candy for my piercing needs!

I ordered a 16 gauge but when I would get to the checkout, it always switched back to an 18 gauge. I tried to fix it several times but it always went back to the 18. I assumed it would be correct but I received an 18 gauge

My jewelry color peeled off in less than a week! Not happy I want a refund. I ordered 14g teal and purple horse shoes. I only used the teal and all the color is gone. I had to take them out. Not pleased. Please make this right with me. Your jewelry is not high quality anodized. Anodized by definition should not peel.

I ordered a septum ring on April 16th. I never received an update on my order, so I contacted the customer service but I have never received a reply on my email. So I got scammed out of my money and they won't even acknowledge this situation whatsoever. Definitely, never, ever shop from there.
