Very happy with my recent order. Packing was minimal and appropriate for item. My only criticism is items no longer available should be marked as 'sold out' and not viewable vs. removing the shopping cart button. Prompt follow up from c/s inquiry. Thanks!
My girlfriend uses this website pretty frequently and has always been satisfied with her purchases and I've liked what she's shown me that she has gotten from here. Although on my first attempt to purchase from her I purchased two items of jewelry and didn't receive either of them. I thought I must've put the wrong address but I checked and it was correct. Both packages says they've arrived yet my girlfriend had to miss out on two christmas gifts and I looked pretty lame. Would be cool if it can be fixed.

Still not received my order eventhough I pay about 29$ to rush the delivery its been more than one week
I have yet to receive what I ordered and whenever I track my shipment it says that its due to arrive Saturday, January 14, which has already passed.
Product what not what I expected and most of the bars broke trying to open them
I bought 2 pairs of 16g cartilage earrings but they don't fit. I would need a 18 or even 20g.
The gem in the nose ring fell out within 1 hour of me putting it in. Not happy
