Body tools did not have the product originally ordered. And send a different product instead. A person named Julie from body tools responded to the claim. Said they actually don't have the product ordered anymore. Body tools willing to refund BUT not willing to refund the original shipping and handling and not willing to pay for return shipping. And body tools continue to advertise the picture of the product they no longer have but now with a different fine print description that could mislead costumers to think they have that product. Look at the pictures. Picture chosen is strap sandals. But when clicked, the description is Y sandals/flip flop.
Best to avoid this company very poor customer service. It took 5 months, multiple emails and phone calls to get credit for returned goods that were not even on my order! It was not until I listed who I was reporting this shady business practice to, that the owner finally refunded a portion of my $! Beware
