“Unfair Return Policy Leaves Customer Feeling Dissatisfied”

I recently purchased a perfume from the store, and when I got home, I realized that it was not the scent I ordered, I returned to the store to exchange it, but the manager refused to do so. He told me that I had already opened the bottle, so I could not return it. I was very upset, and I felt that the manager was being dishonest and crooked. I will never shop at Bond No 9 again, and I would advise others to avoid this store as well.
