Boodmo Provides worst service. Never buy any product from this. It is totally fraud... This is my Order No. #2402/*******. It is created on 24-02-2020. Today is 11-03-2020. It is nearly one month over. Still, Expected
Dispatch date is showing Not provided by Seller. Hey, what a worst service. I will never buy any product from this again.

After 20 days the status changed to backorder. I had a chat with customer support and he said they have no estimated time to say when the products will be ready to ship. I cancelled the order and till now i haven't got the refund. It is been 4 weeks since i cancelled and not received the money yet. They say some excuses or the other. But never process the refund. Its a fraud site. Better to stay away from the. I think i have to complaint to cybercrime about them.

Bodmo is just fraud don't order any thing from badmo. No customer support. No response for your raised ticket. After pay the amount for your order. They don't cancel your order and they don't refund amount. There is no way to talk the costomer care.

Very poor and pathetic delivery service. I ordered some parts for my car on 28 August and estimated time of delivery was 7th September. Courier not delivered as its now 30 september. Never ever buy anything from such irresponsible website... dont waste your money with such lazzy people. #fraudboodmo

I got a call from mrs. Upadhyay after go through my resume and when I asked what they are offering, she replied on the basis of experience and last salary. When I reached there they offer less 5k from past salary. Apart from that,
Finance manager a moron also arguing on flow of transactions in e-commerce (go get refresh ur knowledge) various scenarios are happen, he just wants to argue only and smirking.

The estimated delivery date which they give you when you order your parts is a big JOKE.
If you have all the time in the world, and don't really care when your parts will arrive, this is the best place to order. You are better off ordering the parts from the moon, and I'm sure they will be delivered to you before BOODMO.
The only thing consistent about boodmo is their Chat support, as they consistently give you only one advice " Kindly email *******@boodmo to get details for your order ". Thats the only thing they tell you every time you contact them.

I ordered purolator fule fliter for my skoda rapid, after driving the car about 10 KMs, fule filter started leaking and spilling diesel on the road.
I removed the filter to tighten the bottom screw- realised the plastic housing couldn't withstand temp and fuel pressure and screw was free.
How irresponsible and risky...

I placed an order and paid for a spare for my car(order no: ******* dated 20 Aug 20). I received order number, after there days from my order I updated my boodmo app as received a message. After updating app, my order number vanished. I try to contact customer care number but no one is attendeding the call...

Too worest service team is very bad, order delivery, too much late more than two months, spare parts allso not available, and not stack maintaining, but every order is booking, delivery date is change every one week still 4times changed, more than 30days waiting for part, don't buy the any item this app.

Boodmo Customer service support for a nice weekend the issue with this point in my family and friends ko call me at your issue below I have a great time.

Made the biggest mistake of ordering on this boodmo website, for:
1.) The day I ordered, my mobile started getting FLOODED by their marketing discount SMS's continously. 2 SMS's every hour. I do not even own these cars but getting everyday discount SMS's for these car parts. Complained SO MANY via mails to the customer support and they ask me to "block" them, pathetic
2.) The parts I ordered have not yet reached my even after 1 month, I just keep getting "Date Changed" mails form them every time
3.) Their customer service numbers are never reachable

This is the second time you are cancelling my order.i waited for the product to come in stock and paid when in stock came then u cancelled and refunded. And again you guys are repeating this same. I order again and paid it was in stock. I checked daily in work it is showing. I ordered on 28th july 2023 today august 3 now u refunding me!? What a seller is it? I was prepaid ok. It was in stock and waited this much day and suddenly it become unavailable how? Explain me. It is very cheap boodmo. If you can't do the job properly please stop this business. It is not due to unavaillability of the item understand that. At the time of booking it was there and for 7 days it was there till then y couldn't you pack the item? Don't you have any manners? Don't give me silly bloody excuses.

My order no. Is 2305/*******-1 and book on 23/05/20 today is 22/06/20 but still not received material. Four times extend date by them.
Never by any product it's fraud company.

Ordered tail light not received payment done no response from boodmo and show delivery will be done on 18th Nov.

Money also not refunded, cheating online customer.

This portal doesn't have capacity to deliver goods, in fact real story is after online order, portal search for in local market (Which is so called their Global Vendors). Shameless people,

All disaster. Order placed on 3rd Sept but on 17 Sept too the order position is still under processing. Totally unsatisfactory service. Unpredictable when will the order be delivered. Poor service.

Time wasters and worst of worst, placed the order on 06-06-2023 on prepaid, no communication from boodmo, after waiting for 2 months and several emails they didnt deliver and finally refunded.

Last but least i want to say they are a Big Fraudsters they Take money when you order a product but don't deliver it on time Even after a Month you placed a order they are just Making Money online they are Making up a Big Trap online of making Customers Fool by showing them Genuine product and after that making Money online please dont take Risk of even 0% on this Boodmo people site they are having their own Monopoly on which this Fraudsters Company Works. I have made my order on 8th of January and today it is 25 of January and had paid Extra money for Fast Delivery. But this is the Response of this Fraudsters Company.
