I ordered spare front shockers for my Tata Nano car via order id # *******627-1089. Estimated time of delivery is passed and order not received. After calling to their customer service number my call is diverted to IVR there is no any person to take the calls. Please be aware and check reviews before placing orders.

Pathetic Service and Shameless People
Have been placing order for car parts on this website and not a single time they have delivered the parts on time. At the time of placing the order they show expected delivery date but parts are received many days after that and sometimes the parts aren't received at all and they end up cancelling the order.
Recently I had placed an order for parts and at the time of placing the order their website was showing delivery within 10 days. Owing to my past experience I was ok with parts being delivered a little bit later than as shown, but 1 month passed and there was no info about the order. Upon posting the issue on their website I received a reply that the parts arent in stock and are in backorder so it might take some more time. So I waited. 5 more weeks passed and still there was no sign of the parts I ordered. So I again posted an issue on their website upon which I received the same reply that the parts are in back order and it might take more time. So I ended up emailing them today to cancel the order.
They show false availability and delivery time for parts. Not worth wasting your time as you will end up waiting for parts and the parts may not even arrive and they will simply cancel your order. It's better to search for car parts on global websites like amazon.com. You don't face such problems with them.
They are not giving clear picture of the product I want (specification) they do just automated reply which is good for nothing

Guys please stay away from boodmo. For me price parts was 1051 and delivery charge was 1200. Better to go near by company store and get it.
Boodmo is fraud a big scam in assocition with razorpay, thse mothr $#*!r will take money without any problem a never deliver the product only thse mother $#*!rr will extend delivery date, and when u call customer these mother $#*!er will never reply when u cancel the oder and ask for refund these mother $#*!er will say we have given refund ask your bank mc bsdk, they will give u fake transction number and finaaly mother $#*!er will say we have given the refund thats all ask your banks

I ordered a Tube Liquid part of MS 800 which showed available and was on sale, so i bought the same@ INR 980 + 19 for delivery. The date of order was on 22/06/2021. I kept waiting for few days to get the updates, but after 5 days an E-mail was sent to me from Boodmo saying the part was unavailable and that it might take few more days to dispatch.
As of now, i have received 4 E-mails with only expected date of delivery (Expecting more :D) .
Had the part been unavailable they shouldn't have shown available in their Website (As is can see it even now).
I believe that's the easiest way of cheating a customer of their money!
Please think Thrice before buying from them!
