Boodmo website showing all spare parts of every vehicles. But almost all spare parts are out of stocks. However is there any spare parts shows available, this will not deliver it shows processing for a long period. One month or two months finally we will compelled to cancel the order. After cancellation of item refund will take a long time. What a nonsense people...

It is so hard to contact customer support. I am so frustrated. One of my order has not been delivered. God knows how to get the status or refund for that matter.

I placed an order at boodmo after 15 days when I followed up they replied me that your were not available which was not the fact actually they have very weak channel of delivery moreover their own administration is as well very bad. Nobody listen you. We should try to avoid order them rather we can use our local channel.

I had ordered two Tata Safari parts from Boodmo on 22 Jul 18, Order no#2107/*******. Its 19 Aug 18 and still none of the items have been received. One item is yet to be dispatched and other shows delivery date as 08 Aug 18. I would recommend everyone to refrain from Boodmo.com as it is a fraud company with no regards to its commitment towards customers. Stay away from them else you will feel cheated like me.

As much as this site shows the parts and inventories, trust me when I say this. They are good for nothing and just wasting your time and using your money for the period after which you cancel the order.

I have had to cancel 5 orders in sequence and after a month there is no update on dispatch and when you contact their customer service, they have standard replies that "we don't own all the products in our physical stock. Sometimes parts may take longer than expected".

Really guys? Can anyone live with this service knowing how important it is to get a part for your automobile?

This is a wrong place to be as they have no control on their business or supply chain. Don't waste your time.

10 days refund. Was written on the website. And product incompatible with my car. Nobody has come to pick up the product. For return. 0 company. No customer support. Nothing.never buy from this website.

I have ordered some parts with order id #1909/******* having two items
First they keep on extending the delivery date, later one day i got an message that your item is delivered from xpress bee with tracking id ************** but i didn't receive any item, i called and check the delivery person his phone is switched off, i write to the customer service they are telling me still the item is in Transits.
Such a worst experience i got from this app and in my life i m not going to use this application.

I ordered a Fuel filter through boodmo from one of thier suppliers named SWARAJ for my vento Car. I received a used item as seen in the pictures. Boodmo also now is in collusion with them by not closing the delivery window and still showing as undelivered so that i dont have the option if creating a return ticket

I booked two spare parts of my maruti car. While booking time it's shows delivered within 10 days. After 30 days they not dispatch my order. I request for refund now its after 38 days they not refund the amount. I mailed so many time but no replay from their side. So friends never book any products from boodmo it's a fraud company.

In short Its been more than a month have not received my accessories ordered and paid for.

No customer service. The worst company to deal with... The Government should shut this company. A total Fraud.

This company has no respect for customers time, money etc. Never seem to have even heard of Customer Service. Will go down the drain soon. Liars, cheats and scamsters. They will. Lie through their teeth about delivery dates, etc. Simply not worth dealing with. Needs to be blacklisted everywhere. I ordered parts, paid 100% advance, waited for 45 days and listened patiently to tons of lies. Waste of time. Their management needs a wake up call... Probably too late judging by the market feedback.

All always purchase car parts from Boodmo.com. They offer one of the best services along with the competitive pricing. Their customer service people can help you find the rarest of parts. Moreover, their delivery is quite quick.

Don't buy products from boodmo.com they are fraud and cheat. They not only bad at services. But they also change you product by there own. This web site is totally fraud. There is only image showing in the web site, but they don't have anything in hand. Which is again a part of trust. But you can't trust the one who can change you product by there own. And send you something else. With the proof that you order that product only.

Lack of coordination. Take payment in advance and still the delivery is not done. It's getting postponed again and again. No coordination between boodmo and it's delivery partner "Delhivery" I hope I get my ordered parts. Or else I will accept that I wasted my time and money on it. Rather would have gone to a local second hand spare part market in Kurla.

In past I've ordered couple of time and regretted it, they dont have parts, the date keep shifting, I've ordered in past and same thing, technically speaking I've actually never used parts provided by boodmo as tbey never got to me, I've always have to find alternatives... sharing my screen shot just as a proof...

Through boodmo app contact us:-*******291boodmo helpline..., I have made the payment of Rs ******* on 8 Aug, 2022 towards my BOB credit card.
It has been more than 10 days. Still i have not received my payment.

I ordered a mobile holder for my car. I received the damaged product after 4-5 days. Instantly, I sent an email with the product image and tried to call them, but their customer number is not valid.

Now they are refusing to replace the product and are also not providing a refund.

Not recommended.

This company just want you money to be blocked forever. Even waiting 1.5 months for the parts to be delivered. It still showing back order. And if you want refund you to call or email them 100 times.
It is better not waste your time and go for aftermarket or company.
This company should be blacklisted for selling any products

In this Instant Generation they don't have the call center for Customer Queries you have to write a mail and wait to 24 hours to get reply.
Is this way to provide service to their respective customer?

I had purchased parts for my chevrolet sail and some parts are not for my car so i returned it unused and now they told me that this part is not in proper condition. I have video of parts that in returned it to and now they are not accepting it that the product was damaged in transportation by their company.so why i bear this?

Bodomo is a useless set up. Don't waste your time being with them. I paid money, kept waiting, they kept shifting delivery dates; this continued. I then cncelled the order. Refund I am yet to get in my bank account. There is no option to rate them below 0 or at least zero hence rated them 1.

Thumbs up to Boodmo. I recieved the part in good condition and at a rate much lower than any parts shop. The part came in 8working days. I was sent messages for rating the app on Facebook. But, as I am not on Facebook, I have written my review here. I will give 5 stars to Boodmo.
