I ordered a beautiful - and shockingly low priced - sheer maxi dress from this site about a month ago... Well, it turns out that this isn't the official "Boohoo" brand's website, which is "Boohoo.com". This one is based in China and copied their brand symbol, which is likely illegal.
They did send me a dress, however, it's a cheap slip dress with a completely different style and coloring. No brand name on the tags or anything.
I've tried contacting their customer service about 15 times now and they only replied the first time when I was having shipping issues. Now that I want a refund, they won't get back to me. Sketchy? Yes. STAY AWAY!
