I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn. Room was clean and smelled great! The only thing I would make a suggestion on is to have the floors fixed a little as I felt like when I was walking I feel like the 1st floor was able to hear my steps. I found that odd! Everything else was amazing!
I came after a long day and flight Got there at 10:45 pm And 60 people were at the lobby already waiting for their rooms for hours they had problems with room cleaning and they said it will take 1 hour Well... I got my room at 2 am Then the carpet was all wet and the fire alarm was beeping every 30 second Which took them to fix it after 30 min
I booked with them while the booking now appear in the hotel, and we have to pay again to hotel, while the cheap customer service which located in asia pearly they can speak proper English and so rude, you will end up with nothing no even a refund, its just copy past replay via emails,wasting my time and money

The room we came was dirty, there was dirt on tables and tv. Also we found orange peel under table. Air conditioner extremely noisy so you will not sleep whole night or stay freezing. Also, property has charged my card for $60, despite there should only be charge for parking in amount of $30, so be ready for unpleasant surprises here.
I reported a problem with the functioning of the website several days ago, but I have not received any relevant response, except to thank you for bringing it to my attention.
The telephone service is even worse, you cannot be reached and after much difficulty, the answer was that you would call me back, which did not happen.

The front desk lady didn't understand what I was asking for when I asked for a blanket. We were thirsty and there were no drink options through the entire hotel and THANKFULLY there was a gas station across the street. The pool was full of chemicals and the hot tub was luke warm. I decided to use the workout equipment and the place was not well cleaned. There was dust everywhere and half of the equipment didn't work properly. When we went for breakfast at 8:45am (they close at 9:30) the milk was out, there were no drink options except for water. The cereal was refilled using off brand cereal and the wrong ones (normal Cheerios for honey nut ones). They didn't bring out any fresh fruit or extra bagels or muffins when they ran out. My room also has a hole in the door "fixed" with white duct tape. I wish I could add a photo to this post to prove that I'm not over exaggerating.

While waiting for the website confirmation of my payment, the site was thinking for more than one minute. I checked my email, no email confirmation either, so I thought it didn't go through. I tried it again, and this time I got the website confirmation right away, but also two emails with two non refundable reservations! I immediately called and explained the situation. What did they offer me as a great favor? To take half the price of one of the reservations, more than $100! A pathetic way to make money! My bank is taking care of it now.
For $600 per day, Our room was 10x10 ft closet, with carpet stained floor and view of parking lot...dirty dishes with food piled up in hall entire stay...locked out of room on last evening and told we had to move!
We wrongly presumed that you were a decent, honest agency; but know better now and will file mutli complaints with authorities.
Booking was easy. Many hotels were presented for view including their prices making it easy to compare. I did contact to make a change immediately after booking, noticing an error on my part, but was not permitted to make any changes. This was a bit of a disappointment. Otherwise all went well.

Be very careful with this booking bargains, it looks and seems like they gave you a good price and that would be the total and end of it, be careful and need to read the whole thing for extra charges that hotel would charge you extra when you get there and they would not do anything to help you and would blame it on the website. Its hard to get hold of them and they will send you some where in India to answer you call and then need to explain the situation which is hard because they do not speak very good and they keep transferring you to different person or transfer your call
BookingBargains' price for the hotel I stayed at was significantly lower than any other site. And I didn't have to sacrifice important conveniences like free cancellation. Usually, when prices are really low, it's a non-refundable rate. But not with BookingBargains! And the booking process was straightforward and simple. The only thing would have made the experience better is if BookingBargains would have specified exactly how much the resort fees (to be paid at the hotel) would be. I noticed other sites gave exact amounts for the resort fee, whereas BookingBargains only told me that there would be one but not how much it was.
The price was unbeatable.
In regards to the customer service it was $#*!ty. I got charged for my room twice and they didn't listen to what I was saying instead they told me that I should of called them as I was checking in and who is supposed to know that and did not assist me any further in trying to make things right. Poor service all around.

I picked a room with a rate that was changeable and cancellable. After reviewing the confirmation the next day I only had till "Saturday, June 24,2023 12:00 AM (Beijing Time) From 2023-06-24 will be charged". Unfortunately I was informed that my trip needed to be postponed but it is to late to cancel. I will be charged the full amount.
My initial bookings were made by mistake, and it took me 45 minutes to for your receptionist to understand a mistake was made. However, I got her to understand after several levels of explaining how the mistake was made then she realized what I was explaining. If your receptionist is going to stick to the trained program, please ensure that are fluent in English language.
Loved the location in Old Town Clovis. The staff is excellent, friendly and accomadating. Bed was fantastic. Only one draw back. The room had antiseptic smell to it. Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay.

It's a Nice Pl., Dairy Queen and our room was a good size for the king size bed. However, we could hardly sleep because it was so hot even though the maintenance person had been there twice. We even called maintenance people early in the morning who came twice and couldn't fix it it was something about a loose wire or something. It's very hot. Finally someone from the hotel open the window for us the only way we survived until we checked out. There is a restaurant there but no breakfast was included except coffee and a muffin.

On the positives, the bathroom and bed were fine and free Wi-fi without time limitations.
Roach motel dark dinghy the whole room was very old. All the medal was rusty throughout room the bathroom sink only came out cold water couldn't shave had to use bathtub. Facet in the sink was broken mirror was pitted. The only reason I went there was the name BEST WESTERN this experience turned me off to them. I asked them for my money back they said no pre paid to BookingBargains? All the other sites said pay when you get there.

I accidentally booked a day in the future instead of the current day ( which one s when I needed the room.)
I called to see if c/s could assist, and they couldn't. I had to book a room at a different hotel for that night. Then I tried to call and cancel my reservation in the future and was unable to get through to anyone. I tried over 20 times, and the call kept disconnecting. The next day, I decided to email c/s to see if I would get any help. I got an email back saying it was too late to cancel. This was just 2 days later after many failed attempts to talk to c/s
I was charged the Rate for the stay on my credit card that I could see for booking the hotel. A few days later when reviewing my account LaQuinta had charged me an additional $100.00. I left the room in good condition and didn't do any of the things that they add additional fees for my stay.
The rate I booked the room on BookingBargains would have saved me about $30.00 for the stay.
During booking the date continually changed to a date ahead of what wanted. Kept checking to be sure of date needed. Was sure had correct date and booked. When checked into hotel they had no record of it and i had to pay 2nd time for room. Discovered date was wrong. Will never use site again. Not affordable for retired person on fixed income.
Popped up during search snd showed good rate.
Did not make me aware of a deposit until I was checking in and my key had to be reset on 2nd day inconveniently with groceries in hand. Not that of a biggie but a big difference when other hotels have been without the littlest hickups.

Cold! No service.
Early in the evening, heater was blowing cold air. Call for service. Asked for blankets. They had none. Said someone would be up to check the unit. No one came. Had to sleep in my clothes to stay warm. Thin bed cover. There was only 1 towel for 2 people. Very spartan accomodations.
The pictures of the hotel inside and out looked good for the price. We've never stayed at a booking bargains hotel before and never will again.
I booked a hotel over a month in advance. I received confirmation. I called the hotel a few days before to ask for joining rooms. Turns out my booking was never completed. I called to let company know and customer service treated me like it was my fault. They were angry that I asked for a manager. Shameful.
BookingBargains did give me a few dollars lower than others. The website first offered a 50% off the going rate, but the reservation could not go through. So, I wasted a 5-10 minutes hunting for the bargain.
It still gave me the best price even it is a small difference.
Entered room and it had not been cleaned. Bed was not made. Food on the table. Garbage in ALL CANS. Had to call front desk. She came. It would of been nice if Hotel had comp the room considering all above.

I booked through their website, when I got to the hotel they had no room for me. I call they're number, the lady was nice and canceled my "reservation" and released my funds. I had ro look for new accomodation, which was hard on a Saturday in downtown Cincinnati.
