Poor customer service, I was giving a room with the door wide open. The maintenance guy was working from the room i was asigned to. I address the front desk and both ladies was very rude. I asked If I could be moved to another room. Cause I didn't want a room with my door wide open. She didn't care at all so yea I would like to get my money back please.

I booked and paid for a smoking room with a 2pm checkout. When I got to the hotel, not only did they not have smoking rooms, they wanted to charge me an extra $20/hr for late checkout on top of the extra $100 deposit they made me pay for the room, which I could not get a refund on btw.

Went to check into the hotel and was told that my reservations were for the day before. Contacted booking bargains and got someone on the line that was very hard to understand. Told me the only thing he could do is if i rebooked through them that I would receive a partial discount back to my credit card in a bout 2 weeks. It has been a month and no credit. Not only was my room more than the original price, the hotel told me that the room was booked for 140.00 by booking bargains. I had to pay 225.00 to booking bargains for the room.

I never even got to stay for my reservation that was booked because for one they took the money off my card and put it into another account that's not mine than they canceled the reservation and never refunded me my money

We were taken aback since the entire building appeared to be a construction and renovation zone! The first room that we were given had no AC and we called front desk and were given a different room. This time the toilet flush drain didn't work. We called the front desk and they were planning to have someone attend to it -as we were getting ready to go out. After the toilet got fixed, it was still a sluggish drain. The hotel and BookingsBargain should have advised us that the property was undergoing renovation and to expect such - so that we could have opted to stay elsewhere.

Booking process was quick and the price was far below other sites, but I don't think I got the exact room I requested. The difference was only a few dollars, so I didn't follow up, but perhaps I should have.

When booking a hotel through the hotel itself, halfway through the booking the room suddenly was unavailable or suddenly there were no king beds only double beds.
Going through BookingBargains to book a room for the exact same hotel was quick and we paid the price that was listed. No hidden fees or rooms suddenly unavailable.

The buying process was really good until I needed some help and called the customer service. I needed to add a suffix on my brother's name because hotels and everything in the Philippines are very strict when it comes to a misspelled name lol. The rep I talked to (Indian guy) was quite rude and impatient and also wants to charge me $20 for a simple name change. I ordered just a few minutes ago. Anyway the charge was fine but the rep was really rude. It was unneccesary to be rude, also not to be prejudiced but he sounds like an Indian callcenter scammer so this was the only thing that I didn't like with my buying experience. I just hope that the booking will hold it's water when the time comes for my our vacation. I will update this review by then

Due to a family hardship, I had to cancel a ten day stay at Extended Stay hotel in Kennesaw. "Booking Bargains" refused to refund any or part of my booking fee. Lost approximately $800. Bad policy.

Money reserved from CC during all this time. Was asked to call on phone. After 1mn tlf hang up by itself.

The site was easy to navigate no problems no issues that's correct to add to the message this was a pleasant and easy experience anyone can take advantage I'm an IT director and this website is easy and comfortable to navigate for the best deals.

For most of the options room describtions and details are either missing or incomplete. Some of the describtion are not inline with the hotel's original website thus you cannot be sure which room you are actually booking and compare prices with other websites. Lastly, it is odd to ask for guest's nationality.

They have a no refund policy, which is fine but they won't even refund your money if THEY BOOKED YOU FOR THE WRONG HOTEL. Don't trust them, I had the hotel front desk intervening calling them and letting them know that they made an error on their part. Nothing got done, they refuse to give you a managers name and refuse to answer calls when you're trying to get it resolved. I have screenshots showing what their booking site has posted, what I paid for and its TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS. SCAMMERS. I'm warning you guys, the price looks good because it's a hit and miss. The hotel even called the third party and they didn't even have this mystery "confirmation code". I called two days in a row and got ONE lady on the phone both times, they don't even have a proper staff. Run. In the pictures below, that's what their website had and they booked me for a different hotel and is telling me "no that's what you booked". When you can clearly see that I agreed to on the website, scammers.

The booking was pretty simple with an additional security check- which i think is very necessary so that's good. But after the security check i didnt get a confimation email for awhile so i had to call the customer service. After i called i was able to get the confirmation email soon after

I booked a hotel that (in theory as it show it on the map) was in Kaş (Turkey). Once I book it and I had to check the location to go there I put the direction on Google maps and the hotel wad in the other side of the country. So the hotel was more than 1000 km away of where it was suposed to be.
I asked for a refund and nobody answered me.
I feel scamed.

Was looking to book a hotel for the 10th of the 9th and this one came up for the 9th of the 10th. Booked in error, emailed them on the same day after turning up at the hotel and asked if we could cancel and be refunded as booked in error. Told that this was not possible. Book very carefully!

Booked wrong day but would not even consider refund or changing location where we could use our booking but very rude and just said no refunds or exchanges so buyer beware

Sorry, but you did not answer my request...I asked for a later check out on 24.05. And wanted to let you know that the give contact Phone No. Is from Malaysia...not Germany.

Nice web good deals. And has the quickest response with getting confirmation and booking information complete without no problems or any issues at all

By far the easiest online booking experience I've had. Simple, straight forward process with none of the frustrating extra steps others have. Literally takes 2 min to book just like it says.

Quick checkout and hopefully good deal. Hotels really go up when concerts are in town. Wanted something close to venue but also in walking distance of local things to do.

The process/price-lack of stress, involved with booking a room at a more than reasonable rate, was phenomenal. Thanks. I would recommend this service to anyone in need of accommodations.:-)

Never heard of this website so it was nice to have another option. The check-in & check-out times are not included in the booking confirmation e-mail and that is very handy information to have
