At first I thought this might be a scam so I was a little afraid to use it but then it was so much cheaper than the other sites. It worked fine and I got a great rate

I was booking a hotel in Vegas Nevada in The United States of AMERICA, and somehow ended up booking a Gawd Dang hotel in Bombed Effed Uganda without a possibility to contact anyone or cancel,.
What a total disaster website this is

So far everything is ok, I know that we will still have to pay something at the hotel, hut I hope the price will then be what we calculated and that we don't experience a bad surprise at the hotel.

I had a very easy reservation through the site. Hopefully I won't have any problems checking in into the hotel tomorrow and they'll have my reservation

Upon checking in we were informed there was another $100.00 in charges Parking fee, resort fee etc SO the price we thought we were getting was not a good deal. This was not stated before hand!

I made a mistake on the date booking my hotel so I cancelled way before the date but was still ripped off my money by not getting a refund so my experience sucked

Very fast and reliable service. I only paid the quoted price and called the hotel straight after to confirm my booking. I was advised the booking has gone through. Very happy with the service :)

I booking a room useing there web site,they send me email that they will send confirmation code to my reservation during two hourse,but they didn't send any things,I contact them and they send me email,two day after to inform me that there is no reservation,also they charge my credet cards,I contact them again to refund me It was very bad experians.

Back on Saturday 6/11/22. I made a reservation for one night at Indigo Los Angeles Hotels at around 10pm for the same night for $339. I just need it a place to sleep, because the next day I was taking an early flight. Got confirmation and everything from Booking bargains. When I arrived to the hotel around midnight they did not have my reservation. I called Booking Bargains and i was told the Hotel Reservation dpt was closed. By this time it was already past midnight. The hotel was full and i was not able to get a room there. So i have to drive around and get a room at another hotel for around $400. The next day i checked out of this other hotel and travel all day to the east coast. I called, on Monday to complaint. But they said, there was nothing they can do. I should had that night from that hotel. I told them I did, but your Hotel dpt was closed. Their replied was that they did everything on their part and got a confirmation from the hotel my room was going to be ready, so their job was done. If there was an issue I should have solved it with them that same night. I was like "again your hotel reservation was closed, i was not able to speak with anyone". My one night in Los angeles was for about $739 dollars, what a bargain! Never again with Booking Bargains.

I booked my hotel due to them stating there was a business center with computer access. There was no business center so i was unable to complete any work.

Why am I having to do this? I feel like you are violating my privacy, and I do not want to do any more of this do you understand me stop this is now bothering me

Wonderful place, every staff members are wonderful, the place, lobby and hallways and the room is absolutely spotless, very clean, pool is beautiful as well as the gym

Brutally poor - have tried numerous times and put in correct info - no error message but next page won't open up to complete booking
Finally got it done

I have received my booking confirmation within an hour of my booking and had no issues so far with the overall booking process. I will edit this review after I checkin at the hotel.

Details are clear except it looks like you have to call to cancel and not just cancel from the confirmation page. That is a little inconvenient.

Was a bit preoccupied by the tg. Prefix on the website and thought it was fraud/scam for a second as the hotel had never heard of bookingbargains and then the booking came through.

Great price! And I spoke to the hotel too to discuss my plans and requirements (incidentals) they were helpful and friendly. I bookmarked Booking bargains for the near future
