I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn. Room was clean and smelled great! The only thing I would make a suggestion on is to have the floors fixed a little as I felt like when I was walking I feel like the 1st floor was able to hear my steps. I found that odd! Everything else was amazing!
I came after a long day and flight Got there at 10:45 pm And 60 people were at the lobby already waiting for their rooms for hours they had problems with room cleaning and they said it will take 1 hour Well... I got my room at 2 am Then the carpet was all wet and the fire alarm was beeping every 30 second Which took them to fix it after 30 min
I was booking the room for the advertised rate of $143, took me 2 minutes to enter my info and card information only to learn that the rate expired. That's just wrong to change the rate 30 seconds after advertised.

Five minutes after my booking was confirmed by email, I received a voicemail from someone claiming to be from your firm, stating that the reservation did not go through. Needless to say, I did not return the call. Looks like someone has hacked into your process.
Appered to be the best bargain on the internet
Promotion claims able to cancel up to 48 hours before arrival but full credit card charge taken on booking. I hope that it will not be necessary to cancel. Should I need to I will report how long credit processing will take.

We booked a King size bed. When we arrived, the hotel said they didn't have any king beds available and didn't know why bookings would book one for us. The hotel said they had booked their last king bed more than 6 hours previous.

Bookingbargins really screwed up our reservation and have yet to take ownership of the problem they created for us and econolodge idaho falls. We reserved through booking bargains, paid them the room rate and when we checked in their method of payment was denied as the credit card was refused. So we paid directly to motel to check in after a long day of travel. They have yet to issue us credit for what we paid them, giving one excuse after another and then trying to spin the blame on us! Promises to issue credit back to our card has yet to happen. I've learned about 3rd party reservations and found out that bookingbargins is part of Expedia. Beware! Do not use bookingbargins for your travel reservations.
My big mistake for the week.
Booking bargains say they offer free cancellation, Untrue. I tried to cancel 50 minutes after booking. They said that they could not even though I had the confirmation right in front of me. I got my credit card bill in front of me and they charged it. 8-15-22 1:30 PM called and they hung up on me when I gave them the confirmation that they asked for. 8-15-22 1:35 pm called asked for a supervisor on hold. 8-15-22 at 1:42 someone picked up phone and with no talking put me back on hold. 8-15-22 at 1:52 again someone picked up the phone with no talking hung up the phone. 8-15-22 2:05 pm the phone was answered and the person on the other end said a supervisor for sure would call back within 15 minutes. It is now 3:09 pm and no call back.
Booked hotel for one night. Got to hotel said we arrived wrong day. Called and agent said if they could speak to hotel rep and email them the confirmation that I paid AGAIN for hotel they would refund me. Hotel spoke with them and got the email address and emailed them while I was standing there. Was told I would get refund in 7-14 days. I have called back so many times and done everything I've been told and 19 days later they still have NOT refunded me

Was looking for a last minute hotel due to delayed flight, got the best price and it all went smoothly! All they needed at the hotel was my name and they already had my info. This hotel had a free shuttle service. They saved us!
I got to the hotel, it was not the room I was led to believe. They moved us to the correct room after charging us an additional $62.00. So I ended up paying more then I would have else where when that's the entire reason I went with your site and this hotel. Not impressed.

I had searched for a hotel on Trivago and BookingBargains had the lowest price. After booking through them, I had read a few bad reviews about them not actually booking the room or refunding after issues arise. However, my experience so far has been a good one. I called the hotel and confirmed the room with them and it looks like we're good to go. BookingBargains saved me $35+!
When I checked in, I was surprised by the extra rules posted. One that I had not seen before, was that they would charge an extra $20 if you did not check out by 11 AM and/or did not wait after check out for them to check the room. If you did not do this, they charged another $20.
The booking experience was good and easy but the hotel itself was not very well at all the bed was not being hard the room was a non-smoking room but smelt like you used to be a heavily smoked in room hotel could use some remodeling
I made my reservation on line and when I got to the hotel the gentleman changed my room from pet friendly to a regular room and I was double billed. I have been unable to reach anyone to dispute this charge.
I have only made the reservation online and the process was very straightforward, but I haven't checked in the hotel yet. I have the confirmation and expect things to go smoothly but it hasn't happened yet so I don't know.
This was the first time I used the site to book my reservation. I closed this site because of the competitive value that I was offered. Most definitely, I will goto this site first in my reservations again as I am very satisfied.
When we first got to resort it was hard to figure out where the condo was and where to park. After being yelled at by various people we finally called the number on reservation and found out where to park. We had to wait until check in time to receive the code for our unit which is not that great when phone reception is spotty. Next day we found out that there was arcade, hot tub, pool in the resort but nobody gave us passes. I'm not completely sure what i paid $700/night for other than convinient location to northstar village
Choose booking bargains to save a little bit of money
The hotel does not have my reservation confirmed, I call your lines and you have not solved the problem, I am not considered in the hotel's agenda, the confirmation numbers that you provide me are not valid in the hotel.
For cheaper but I think it is a fraud
I book the hotel 3 days, When I went there it was bad area. I called the them to move me to the different Hotel and they told me they will try to get me refund and wanted to charge me for the new booking.
I ask them to refund me for 2 days but again stone walling.
Customer service sucks.

I was looking for a good price and good hotel for christmas and new year eve. I found it at this side, it was the best price in the internet for a 4 star hotel. After selecting the hotel, the reservation and confirmation was send in minute.
Initially because it came up in google. But from now on, I will used it for future reservation
There was no pool like shown in picts or breakfast after telling us there was. The rooms were filthy walls and floors, ceilings were peeling and there was no soap or shampoo in rooms. Ill never stay there again.
Staff was nice and friendly. Room had dirt along base boards, the bed was a cheap and thin coil spring mattress. It felt so bad to sleep in, I hardly slept all night. The wall mount AC barely got cold so the room was nice and hot till around 2am where it finally cooled off. The hot water heater seems to be shared with another room. So I got cold water while they where using it.
I wouldn't stay again.
Placed my order to have customer service call to sell a ticked for twice the amount saying I wouldn't be able to find another price… well, I did and they left me feeling as if I was almost played by a scam
The allegedly low but fake price
My original plans got canceled, quick change in plans and found not only a great place for the weekend but also a deal, saving $60 a night. Plus it was so easy to book and got the conformation for the reservation instantly.
After driving 3hours, I reached the destination of the address listed on your site as Oyo Hotel, only to be told that Oyo hotel does not exist. The desk clerk informed me that I was the 12th person that had came with fictitious reservations from your website. I called to get a refund and was told to call back in 48 hour.
I did not chose this website. When I was searching online for Booking.com it kept popping to your website.
