They have a great customer support team. When I was traveling abroad for the first time, I had a lot of queries, which they answered very patiently and helped me choose the right forex products based on my requirement. I recommend BookMyForex.com to all. As they provides excellent prompt services.
I departed after suffering a significant financial loss. The app still works even though the community administrators are no longer there. But after getting a big Thanksgiving bonus, I'm tempted to believe this is a scam because there are no withdrawal options. I turned to "C_O_V_S_E_C_L_T_D.C_O_M" in order to get help because it will be a miracle if it comes back. They help me obtain roughly $14,000 back from them, so at least they can be trusted.
They have made forex exchange very easy and they have great customer support especially Kirti Soni who has always helped me out promptly whenever required.

I had the most pathetic experience of my lifetime dealing with these bunch of jokers... I had a BMF multicurrency Forex card which i had issued from India while travelling to Canada. I wanted to reload this card since i needed some more funds - I processed it online & instantly paid the full amount. After the whole transaction these people inform me that i am not eligible to reload my card due to some govt. Guidelines - which i completely agree and respect. AND this is where my ordeal starts - no communication on refund process or status. A cartoon named Ashish Rawat had no idea whatsoever about the process (which is completely fine but at least be courteous enough to escalate the matter) - thankfully it is done after 13 days of cancelling the order.
Current status: I haven't yet received my refund even after 18 days of order cancellation & in the process there have been 2 false commitments in written (& of course multiple false commitments over the phone).
I would highly recommend to go for some professional organization for FOREX and not some bunch of morons who will take you for a never ending long ride...

All i can say is not reliable and they dont give proper information and will charge you for something they dont tell you, also you cant cancell and get your money back
