My order was not received. I called customer service.
The agent was very kind, re-ordered the titles that were still available, credited the books no longer available, and put some reward points into my account to buy other titles.
I was happy with her service!

Called about a delayed delivery during the Fiona storm and spoke to the nicest customer service person I have ever encountered! This is the first time in years that I felt that the least I could do in return was to leave a glowing review.

I was so happy to discover this site from a friend. My daughter, mother and I are avid readers and we spend a fortune on books, now we don't have to. A very happy customer and I'll recommend you to anyone I know that loves reading. Shipping is always on time and so far books are always in really good/great condition.

Defective sing along book -the music even after the a replacement. I'm very disappointed with the quality of this kind of book and I'm worried to purchase from book outlet again. My son is disappointed as he keeps pressing on the button and nothing sounded.

Excellent choices. Slow receipt of the parcel, more likely Canada Pist. Book Outlet was very quick to respond and correct concerns. My parcel took an extended trip to get to me and two items were missing from the damaged box. Book Outlet responded quickly, refunded the one item now out of stock and resent the other. Very pleased with the service.

My Mom is a voracious reader and loves the feel of a book in her hands. For a few years now, I order a box of thriller, mystery, and suspense books for her special occasions. Ordering is easy, selection and prices are terrific, and the free delivery is usually within a week. It's fabulous!

I like to read summaries of the books before I purchase them but the description is often shortened. It could be that I do not know how to expand the preview but it is too short. Also I would like to see a category for Christian fiction, just to speed up the search process

This was my first time ordering from Book Outlet, and I can say that it won't be my last. The book arrived in excellent condition (I can't believe I paid a fraction of the price for brand new books!), and my order was delivered within a few days of ordering. I can't recommend this place enough!

The price point is good for the books but this is now the second consecutive order I have received with physical damage. This order had water damage to one book making almost all the pages wavy, stiff and stained. My previous order the hardcover spine was damaged. Last time I will order from them. Very poor customer service. I had to return the book last time on my own dime which almost cost as much as the book. Disappointing.

Ordered a bunch of interesting well reviewed books, journals and other odd & ends. Have purchased multiple times. When buying more than 1-2 books all the books are jammed into a box with no packing material and are very loose. I had soft covers where the front cover was bent in the middle on a right angle from slamming into another book. Another two books wedged inside of each other so interior pages were damaged. Corners of hardcovers freshly crushed. It's a shame, alot of the books would be nearly perfect if not for this shipping damage.

I love Book Outlet! It can be hit and miss on what's available, but if you find what you are looking for, it will definately be at a much lower price than anywhere else, new or used. The shipping is fast, and on one occasion when book arrived slightly damaged, They were very quick to send me a replacement.
A little more efficient packing would be my only recomendation. Sometimes the box is too large, creating potential for damage during shipping. This however has only hapened for me once, and I have ordered books many times with no issues.

I ordered baby books for my little niece. Unfortunately, the books came with faded covers; the books looked second-hand. Unfortunately I didn't have time to exchange or return them for my nieces birthday so I had to give them to her, regrettably. The puzzles I ordered came in great shape, but I know now perhaps not to buy books from this site again.

Placed two orders for about 25 books total, and spent around $175 which is amazing. I normally read over 100 books in a year and even though the selection isnt as large as Amazon or Indigo theres tons of books I missed out on when they were released and theyre usually a quarter of the price here.

Will be ordering again when these are done lol

I have no issues with Book Outlet at all. Prices were great, books are in great shape. But their delivery company sent my box to the WRONG HOUSE. I had to go onto another person's property to find my box. The other house didn't even have a proper house number on it so I don't know why the delivery person chose to leave it there?

I was pleased to find books that I wanted to read and don't typically find at a discount, plus some others I didn't know about until I was browsing. I love a bargain and with books especially. The nice thing is, at this price I turn around and donate them to a hospice charity shop once I have finished reading.

Overall navigating the website is easy, the price are reasonable, the inventory are updated on a regular basis and I've had a few lucky finds where it's books I can't find unless it's double the original price. The books arrive well packaged and are typically in very good shape.

My 1st order was lost in transit, I sent an email to cust. Svc., they resent items that were available n credited the ones that weren't. They responded quickly n re-shipped items so I received in time for Christmas. Thank you!

I have always had a pleasant experience when shopping at Book Outlet. The prices are reasonable. I feel the prices have gone up in recent years, unfortunately, this is a sign of the times as prices have gone up for many other products we use in our daily lives. However, the prices continue to be lower than on Amazon and Chapters. I will continue to use Book Outlet in the future and have recommended it many times to friends and family.

This website has a great selection of books. You can choose by age, price, type and find just what you're looking for. The shipping was quick and delivered right to my door. The quality of the books was great and I can't wait to give the books I preferred as gifts!
