Book Outlet

I have always really enjoyed ordering from book outlet. But this time was absolutely outstanding, I had accidentally ordered two of the same book, they had given me the refund and told me to donate the book, which I did to a local thrift store. Next time, I'll have to pay for it to be sent back, but it was nice that I didn't have to for the first time.
I love that book outlet gives new life to books instead of them going to a landfill because of a marking on it.

This was my first time ordering from Book Outlet. I ordered 4 books and received them in 4 business days. All the books were in great condition and I'm very pleased with the service and quality of the books. I will definitely order again.

Ordered a book as a gift for my mom. Entered her name & address, but apparently there's a little box that you have to 'untick' instead of 'tick', to have it shipped to another recipient instead of to the billing address which is the default one. I called & was told they'd had issues with other people having this same problem so were going to change & fix it. But no offer to refund me or send another to my mom though...not very happy as I've ordered four books from them, wasn't like that was just my only order!

As usual, the shopping experience was top notch. The books are a great price, maybe not in perfect condition some of them, but they are a great price and are meant to be read and not collected in my opinion. Now if only you had an alert that said "hey dumbass, you already bought that one, it's in the mail"!

I ordered 2 books. Days later they cancelled one because in the time it took someone to fill the order, they'd sold the last copy. I immediately e-mailed to cancel my order. They e-mailed me back just in time to tell me it already shipped. The shipping you pay for one book is too steep. If only your order pickers were as quick as your shippers.

I was so happy to see the great price on the book I wanted. It was such a great price that I ordered three. I read reviews and. I thing suggested that used inventory was being sold or that books might come damaged.
Two of the three books are fine but one had clearly been sitting in storage of poorly stored. The front of the book is scuffed and stained along the front side of the spine. I am disappointed as they were all gifts.
I imagine this is part of the price of a great deal. I would hesitate before buying as a gift again. Otherwise, price was great and delivery was very quick.

I have been a customer at bookoutlet since 2004 and I have found the site to be one of the best on the net for low prices, quality books, prompt and inexpensive delivery, and great customer service. You can't ask for much more than that. Highly rfecommended.

I ordered 6 books for $50 and they came in 5 days, what I love about this company is the tracking aspect. You can track your package and it tells you exactly where it is. The books came in good condition and I'm very happy overall.

My first order was very reasonably priced and was delivered quickly, but a few books had some damage to their cover (a rip to one and a dent to another) but overall in decent enough condition (with minor repairs) to put into circulation in my library.

It was a good experience and the books were a good price. However 3 out of the four times I've bought from Book Outlet there have been books missing from the order because they were sold out. I wish that they had a system that would let the buyer know the book is sold out and not to get the hopes up. Also, there are often books that once they're gone, they're gone forever.

Otherwise, the quality of service is great, the prices are amazing and there are constantly 15-20% off sales throughout the month.

My package had been opened after the order had been filled and an incorrect title inserted. I am very pleased that your customer service people corrected the mistake and have sent me the missing title. I am very pleased with that but still annoyed that somebody in your shipping department chose to open the package from the bottom and then inserted an incorrect replacement title but I will get over it.

Our first order came in exactly as ordered.
Our second order was totally wrong. I had ordered 2 puzzles and 4 books, I received only 2 books that I had not ordered and no puzzles.
I called customers service, they were wonderful. Our order was placed again at no charge and no shipping fee. When the order was correctly received last week there was also a book inside that I had not ordered. As the prices are so much better than anywhere else and customer service is wonderfully helpful, I will be ordering from them again.

I love buying books through Book Outlet! I am able to find books that I am looking for at a greatly reduced prices, which allows me to purchase more for my money - as a book lover and collector, this is perfect!

I love the prices at Book Outlet and their point-earning system. The only problem I have with them is the shipping company they go through. They can be hard to deal with. Other than that, Book Outlet is always my go-to.

I was looking for this book and found it here. It said bargain book. Never ordered from here before and gave it a try and wow so quick. Got processed really fast and the book looks new. Im happy. Thank u!

Prices were good... the check out process was difficult and I somehow ended up with doubles of books 2 books... and when I contacted the site to get them to fix it... the window for change had closed... even though the books hadn't shipped yet... so I rec'd 5 books when I wanted 3... and now I hafta go thru a "return" process and ship them back... seems like a bit of a waste to me...

Parcel tracking did not function. Confused by unidentifed text message after midnight advising unsuccessful delivery previous day of parcel "requiring signature" while I was available all day. Next day discovered parcel appeared, without advice of delivery, in building lobby. Hours later text advice parcel delivered. I signed nothing. If texting is used why not message "your parcel is being delivered shortly" would be helpful.

The site was easy to use, the shipping was fast, the product was in good condition, and I'm overall satisfied with that experience. The email subscription however borders on harassment as much as every 1-2 hours some days receiving emails and multiple emails a day. If you don't appreciate spam, don't sign up for the emails.

I am SO glad I discovered Book Outlet. I was looking for a couple of books that were published in Britain and hard to find. Book outlet had them and at a great price! I found so many other books I had wanted at great prices as well! Shipped fast, packaged well! I will be back again (once I'm done reading the many books I ordered)

Books - great. Prices - great. Delivery time - fantastic. Only thing that didn't make sense was the splitting up of my 16-book order into 1 book and 15 books for shipping. A big waste of shipping space and materials to ship one book alone in a box that could have fit at least six books, and especially so when the 15 book box would have had room for that 16th.
