Every book I've ordered has been in great shape, just like if you would buy it brand new at a book store. You can not beat the prices and shipping is not to long either.
Did not appreciate the tracking system where I had no info for some days before my books arrived on June 16. Although I like the sticker books, I found it wasn't easy to get at the stickers. When I tore the page out, I lost some stickers, so now I tear out the picture page instead.
I had a bit of a problem completing the payment part but otherwise it was quite easy. Looking forward to receiving my order.

Overall my experience was good. It would be nice to be able to search easier on the site and also have more books available than there currently are. There were a couple I was looking for that I couldn't find. Shipping information would also be nice to have - every time I tried to track my order it kept coming back as information unavailable. I had to put in a ticket and then wait 3 days for someone to get back to me. But when they did get back to me they provided me not only the correct tracking information but also the latest status of my order.
The prices for the books were more inline, I thought, of what a book should cost for some of them.
I purchase from then regularly! Prices are fair, books ship quickly, website is easy to navigate! And you get rewarded for shopping so it's all around a great website to shop from!
My book showed up in good time and was in perfect condition for the price I paid! Only downfall was that I had to pay quite a bit for shipping as I'm in Canada but overall, great experience and I would recommend Book Outlet to friends and family!

So I bought a few books and was pleased with all of them except for the build little monsters with clay book I bought as an activity for my nieces and friends for camp. What a major let down. The clay was pure garbage. PUREGARBAGE!
