I've order from Book Outlet a dozen times, and I'm always extremely satisfied. The prices are unbeatable, the books arrive in great quality and are delivered in a timely fashion. It's also a great alternative to giving more money to mega corporations that are run by bald supervillains whose names rhyme with Beff Jezos.

I ordered through Bookoutlet as the prices were good and they had a bunch of series I've been wanting to read, the only concern I had was the tracking number didn't exist so I didn't know where my packages were but it took about a week almost two to show up, the books were packed perfectly no rips or tears, little marker dot on the side but doesn't effect reading

Each time I scroll through the Book Outlet site I am pleasantly surprised by the variety of books available at a fraction of the original cost. I find something I like every time, the delivery is prompt and I've yet to be disappointed.

So much selection I can get lost for hours browsing

I came to Book Outlet specifically for the title Love in Color and of course was sidetracked by several other titles. The prices were great, shipping was fast, and I'm happy with the quality of all the books I got.

Hello. I received a partial order. Have not received the rest of my order. Wa an never sent an email explaining I wouldn't be getting my total order. I have placed a ticket which had goo do response time. However I still don't have resolution.

I used to live in St. Catharines and used to visit the store in person several times per year. Now that I no longer live in the area, I buy my books online from you and I must say that the experience is equally as good.

I wanted a map of Reykjavik and chose a tourist book based on the fact that it had a pullout map and the price was very low. While the book is chock full of information, the map is too small to be useful.

I ordered some books and received my tracking number. My tracking number never became available and I couldn't track my order. I emailed the company and had quite a quick response with where my package was. I received my order in a decent amount of time. When I opened my package one of my books was damaged. Sue to it being a gift I messaged the company again and they promptly replied that they would send me another copy or issue me a refund!

Purchased a few books and puzzles, they came in great cpndition eith the excrption of a jpurnal i purchased for my daughter as a gift. The corner of the hard cover had come in damaged. Emailed customer care and when they finally responded, did not give me enough tome to action their query before they closed the ticket for my concern. So not happy there.

Only thing I was concerned about was why it was delayed in getting to my mother in law. When I called I was told that it hadn't been sent because someone was checking about my mailing address and received address was different. When I spoke to someone the issue was corrected and book went out the next day.

Was looking for a Birthday gift for my grand son and came across Book outlet, to my surprise, they have lots of toys and books for young children and the price are very reasonable compared to big stores like, toysR us or Mastermind. I will always go to Book outlet when searching for gift for my grand children.

I have ordered from Book Outlet 4+ times and I have never been disappointed. The books are in great condition. I have tried ordering from another book website in past (thriftbooks) and was disappointed in the condition of the books every single time.

The shopping ans shipping was great! Lack of communication from Metroland but not on you. I received the book is good condition but with marker on the side of the book. It is a black marker, when I opened the book it did not seem new, as it fid not sound new.

This was first time using the Book Outlet. My son needed a book for school. It was not available in big chain stores. I found Book Outlet and found the book was available. Service was fast and efficiant and good value for the money

I have a $5 credit that I bought books so as to use. SDM49FTXRB No widow for it appeared. So in the end I did not get the credit.
Then I complained about this and asked for help to fix the order. I got no help.

The books i got were hardcovers ive had my eye on for weeks but instead of paying $38+ i got them on bookoutlet for 7.49? Obviously i had to get them all because i just know theyre going to be in brand new condition too

The price of the books is unbeatable however, I was a little disappointed when I opened the box to find the one cover ripped. I'm not sure if it was from the delivery process or that's how the book was sent. But either way I wasn't expecting tonpay for a ripped book
