I am very pleased with my purchase from the Book Outlet. This is a great site for not only books, but also has games and activities for children. The prices are awesome.

The selection is fantastic but it is challenging to search for books by genre.
My books arrived 5 days after ordering. They were packed well and received in perfect condition.

I found my ordering experience to be a good one. Easy selection and payment and delivery was within an reasonable time frame and well packaged. No issues at all.

It was fine. I still believe you should be able to search by publisher. This would shorten many of my searches because I tend to buy from selected publishers.

I have been a customer for, possibly 10-15 years (since well before the name was changed from 'Book Closeouts') and have always had excellent service. This was no exception.

Books came in perfect condition. Only a black dot was visible to identify them. I believe these books had never been opened. Came packaged in heavy duty cardboard just like the big box store uses.

Days after ordering the book I found it for $5 less locally and no shipping cost would have been added, could have saved myself $10 on one book. Prices not as good as they appear.

I love Book Outlet, but would like to see some more of the very popular authors, if possible. I understand it's more of a warehouse experience, but if it were possible would like to see authors such as Colleen Hoover and Kristen Hannah offered to customers, even if the prices were to be higher than most of the other books.

I've recently made my first purchase from this retailer, shipping was fast and the quality of the books for their price excellent! I will be back for sure.
