The website was easy to navigate and received my books ahead of schedule as well. The prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be my "go to" next time for purchasing books.

Everything as just great except claiming the reward points was difficult and did not work. However, the points have reappeared and I will attempt to use them again on another purchase.

Good condition...some even like new. I had one not so good on the cover but for that one, inside pages are good and that was only 1 out of 12 books in total purchases. I will order again. Thank you!

What an awesome website! I have been raving to colleagues about the prices. One piece of advice - if you see something you like, get it! I went back to look for a book I had seen and it was gone.

Easy to find stuff and excellent prices! My books are great, very few cosmetics things like scratches. Otherwise everything was fast, easy, and we'll priced.

I am very happy with the excellent condition that my books arrived in. My only criticism was with Wismo tracking. When I clicked on the tracking link, the Wismo message stated NOT FOUND. When I contacted Book Outlet I was told that my books had been shipped and I was given a Canada Post tracking # which worked properly. I think the Wismo tracking link should not appear in the shipping confirmation email if it doesn't work.

I ordered books for my baby. I was not sure how it gonna looks whether he likes or not. As soon as books arrived they are awesome. It was paid worthied. My baby likes all the books.

Great selection of books at a cost I could afford. I purchased 2 with places to visit in Ontario that I did not know about and I was born here. One should become a tourist in your own town.

I am a regular customer and have always found Book Outlet to have prompt delivery, good service and fair prices; however, my last order was received with entirely different books than I had ordered, and obviously was a mistaken shipping; they offered to re-ship, which I am still awaiting, and one of the books I had previously ordered, was no longer in stock; this was a terrible experience and hope they will do better next time...

I ordered like 30 something books and, obviously, it was divided into 2 orders. The first half was delivered within 2ish weeks (normal where I am with USPS) but the second half had been in my area for nearly a month with no updates in shipping. I had contacted USPS, but they're INCREDIBLY busy and they said they would look for it, but chances are it was lost.

I contacted customer service and within about 4 hours they had gotten back to me and offered me a credit card refund, a credit back, or the option to resend the books that they had in stock and refund the ones they didn't have in stock anymore.

Within a week I had the in stock books and a credit back. I really appreciate how quickly they addressed and fixed the issue I had. Needless to say, I will be a returning customer.

I was able to find 9 books for around $50 - cheaper than my local thrift stores! The delivery was even faster than estimated and all books are in great condition.

I used to be able to shop at Book Depot in person. Now I live across the country, but still order online for great selection, great prices, and fast shipping.

I have made several purchases over the past few years and always find Book Outlet to offer excellent value. The selection, condition of the books, and prices are all great.

I ordered 7 hardcover books from Book Outlet discounted to $2 from the original price! Unfortunately, the first box was stolen but customer service remedied this by sending another box.
