I purchased a seven book series for my 11 year old and he was so happy to be able to get the series for a lot less than you would pay for new copies. He was so excited that they came in a few days.

I wanted to purchase a series of books to get to experiment with some new authors. The selection and pricing helped me to do that. The prompt delivery was bonus.

I ordered a book last year. The order shows as "shipped" but not as "delivered". I never received the book and since the order didn't show an expected delivery date, I couldn't tell what the "contact us 10 days after the expected delivery" would be. I contacted customer service, just to get a very unprofessional response (see below). So, I paid for something I never received, which is usually called "scam".

I found this website by googling "Will Shortz Sudoku". I definitely will purchase again. I also got a nice thank you email from the CEO, which was very nice!

I am in a semi-rural area. On my mailbox beside my door is the message please ring when a delivery is made. This was not done. The package stayed outside my door all night. Found it at 7 A.M.

I am a yoga teacher and have build a wonderful reference library buy purchasing books here. The books have been in excellent condition and much much less expensive then shopping from other sources

Not only is Book Outlet great for discount prices on books, but there are tons of kids activities, puzzles, games, science experiments and learning activities at great prices too - I always shop at Book Outlet for birthday party gifts!

Ordered a book which I thought was a decent price but found that it was advertised by you for 25% less today in the email from you asking for a review? How insulting?

I purchased 3 books online and they were the cheapest prices I could find on them. They got to my house in a few days and we're in perfect condition. Highly recommend book outlet to anyone!

One of the books I ordered ended up being a signed first edition! I was not expecting that and was so excited when I received the order. All the other books were in really good condition.

It's simple & easy love the no minimum shipping too, I made a mistake & entered the wrong address because it asked for the street address which I was thinking wasnt my actual home # but rather the street & than it didn't ask for the actual address but why wouldn't it have been already in the system and prompt me with that previous order & my correct address needless to say it sat in the post office fir a week before I realized it was taking some time to arrive, I also never received any updates until I tracked the package, if there is an option of receiving updates why is that not done?

Have always loved shopping here, in-person and online.
The staff are great and having books shipped to home during the pandemic was a treat.

The prices are also unbeatable!
