Ordering on-line from Book Outlet is so easy and convenient. The order was delivered on the promised date. Unfortunately, one of the books had damage on both the front and back covers.

My order arrived promptly and contained wonderful children's board books for my granddaughter. The books are all in excellent condition and will be enjoyed for years to come.

I placed an order a few weeks ago. When it arrived, one of the books was missing. So I contacted customer service to let them know. Rather than offer me a replacement, they jumped the gun and sent me a refund. So I told them, I don't want a refund, I want a replacement. The reason: I bought the book on sale, and the sale was over. One customer service rep told me that the inventory was too low, and gave a convoluted explanation for why this would prevent them from sending a replacement. Another customer service rep told me that they didn't send a replacement because the book wasn't out of stock when the refund was issued, and subsequently came back in stock (which I knew to be false). When I pressed the issue, I was sent the following message: "I feel it is in the best interest of both parties that we part ways in this consumer relationship. While this isn't easy to say, I do think that another company may be a better fit for you and your specific needs.We will be closing your account effective immediately..." So much for customer service.

Book Outlet is always so amazingly priced and ships so quickly! It makes me so giddy every time I see books I want at such great prices! My go-to site for books! I love it so much!

Books were delivered on a very rainy day. Three of the books were damaged. Contacted company and was refunded for 1 that was out of stock and 2 others were replaced. Great customer service.
