I had difficult finding my book club book in my town. Found the book and some great Christmas gifts at the same time. Great prices. I will order again.

Had the book I was looking for (new) for half the price I found elsewhere for used. The store is great and the online inventory fantastic. Hard to beat.

I ordered 10 books and gifted them to the members of my book club. The books and prices are fantastic. And, the were delivered right to me. I will definitely be ordering again and again!

It would be useful before purchasing a book to be able to open the book to read some of its text. For this book the text size is so small it's impossible to read without a magnifying glass.

Soooo many books to choose from. Prices can't be beat. Love the deals. Looking forward to ordering more. Only buzzkill I have is how long it takes to receive books

The book I first received had several bent pages. When I received Book Outlet's prompt for a review, I sent them a note about the bent pages and they took care of it.

The books are a great price and most of them are great with nothing wrong with them however, one book the pages were stuck together and when I got them open the pages were ruined.

They are the best. Out of a bunch of the books, one was wrong. The replacement was in the mail before they even got back to me to discuss/fix the issue. The best.

The book I received appeared a little worn but nothing serious but the packaging it was delivered in was torn exposing the book.

I was a little disappointed that one of the books I received had some loose pages and some pages missing. The missing pages means I miss part of the story when I read the book

One of the jigsaw puzzles was obviously a returned item. The box had been opened once before. The seal was missing and clearly it wasn't brand new. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

Overall pretty impressed: my package didn't take very long to ship out, and all of the bargain books I bought were practically brand new. Will be buying here again!

Great price points! Wide variety of books and selection often changes. It can be difficult to track down specific items. Shipping took around a week but was free above $49!
