Ordered four chapter books for young kids. With delivery it came to just over $20! I don't mind waiting on a longer delivery for the great prices, although It only really took maybe four or five days longer than another site may have taken. Highly recommend and I will be shopping online here again!

Book Outlet has literally saved me hundreds of dollars! My kids and I read A LOT which is great but can get expensive, even if buying from the discount shelf at major book stores or big box retailers. Here I can always find a great selection for my kids and myself - there are authors and series we recognize, but we've also been able to risk trying out new authors for the first time without great expense. Have discovered some new series my kids are loving, a challenge for every mom of an avid reader. While the selection varies and what we're looking for isn't always available, I find if I check the site regularly and I'm often pleasantly surprised to find a favourite author appear. The quality of the books has always been excellent - one hardly notices these are "seconds". Their condition never interferes with reading.

I placed two orders (went a little nuts) and the books would arrive the following Friday.

Ordered two puzzles which were just as described and arrived in good condition (and faster than I expected because there was no email notifying me that they had been shipped). The tracking information is all available on the site, but my only quibble would be that it would have been nice for an email to have been sent with a link to track the shipment. Definitely can't argue with Book Outlet's prices and I will be ordering from them again.

Amazing Prices! The whole process is seamless and delivery is quick. Love that you can earn rewards quickly and redeem them with ease! As a teacher I am constantly updating reading materials and book outlet allows me to do this without the heavy cost usually involved with books.

Book outlet is one of those things that seems to good to be true, but it's actually not. I've placed 3 orders at this site and bought many hundreds of dollars worth of books for maybe $100 at most. Most of the books are basically in the same condition that you would get if you ordered it new from amazon, except sometimes with a few black marks on the edge. The deals are honestly amazing and i can't believe so few people seem to know about this hidden gem of a website

I ordered children's books from this site. I understand these books are discounted, and that means they are not in perfect condition, but when I receive a book where the pages are essentially glued shut and become torn apart trying to pry them open, it's very disappointing. Good price, but some major damage can be expected.

The packaging was not industry standard. Without any padding or cushioning, the books slid around inside the box during transport, damaging two. Book Outlet replaced them, but why all this fuss if all that needs to be done is package them properly?

I'm quickly developing a love/hate relationship with this business. They have great prices, a decent selection, an easy-to-use website, and fast free shipping in Canada, but because of those things I keep buying more books and at this rate I'm going to need another bookshelf... which I don't have room for!

I've ordered 3 books in 2 separate orders and have been extremely satisfied with the price, quality of the books, and fast shipping. So much better than Amazon. I've been getting back into appreciating the analog in our increasingly digital world. The feel, texture, and ability to mark pages and take notes is missing from e-readers and audio books. There is just something about having a book in your hands that can't be replaced by technology. Highly recommended.
