I went to the Boot Barn in Gainesville Fl on 03/18/23. The staff was not friendly I was inquiring about my boots that I received as a gift. I noticed that the colors changed. Just wanted to get an idea of what to do. All we got was accuse of me not buying the boots that I walked into the store on my feet. Katie looked at me as if I couldn't afford them. She asked me if I had paid for them. When I walked into the store they were on my feet. My boots were a gift. Do you know how hard it is to get these boots on and off. I am pretty sure they have cameras in the store.

I purchased some boots on line. When I went to pick them up, I decided to open the box before taking them. The boots were all scuffed up and stained with oil. When I asked if I could reorder them, the employee stated we can, but the odds of them to be in better shape are slim to none. When I asked to reorder them, they wanted the 20% coupon I had used when I ordered on line. Of course I did not have it anymore. They clearly saw that there was a 20% discount applied, but would not honor it. I ended up returning the item. Now I have a credit card of a store I probably won't be shopping at again.

I was there today February 7/2024.I had a nasty experience, I went to use the ladies bathroom and it was disgusting, it seems like haven't been clean for weeks toilet was so dirty inside the bowl and out also the sink and floor, I been at other stores that is not to clean but this was bad, if I couldn't hold it I wouldn't use it but I'm a senior and I have to go at that moment, I told the cashier but seems like she didn't even care.I believe customers need a little more respect at that store.
The boots I ordered never came and they never investigated what happened. Offered no new pair or refund and we didn't have them for Xmas. I will be writing to the Better Business Bureau and fighting the charge at my bank.

I bought a pair of Justin boots, wore them 6 times and the stitching started coming apart. These were the only boots Boot Barn had in the size and style I wanted. They refused to take them back or help with warranty.

Save yourself a headache and buy from Ariat. These people will not take back their defective boots even if they are worn once. Your stuck with them. As you can see the bottoms are brand new, and the leather has already cracked away.
I was charged a $200 authorize fee without any warning or being told it would happen. I am a college student and don't have the money to be charged $400 for both the boots and an authorization fee. They tried to tell me this is a normal thing for all online website orders which is NOT true. Be warned if you order from here because I now have $3 in my checking account for the next week! They also we're very rude when I asked about it trying to dumb me down repeatedly saying everywhere does it. Never again will I order from here. It should be stated before you even place an order that you'll be charged double what you pay!

My daughter ordered some boots online for her wedding. They were too small so we took them into the store to exchange them for the next size up. The boots were in the original packaging and box that they were shipped in. She never received a receipt or packing slip when she placed the order. The only thing she received was the charge on her bank statement. Before we said anything the manager Cindy walked up with an attitude. She exclaimed they always email a receipt and she would "do it this time". Why have that kind of attitude when we spent over $200 it isn't like we were asking for our money back. We will never shop at this store again. Buyer be ware they just want your money and their customer service SUCKS!
You'll wait 3 months to get your item that ships in 4 days. Not sure why they lie about shipping date, but sure thing, likely, tey don't have your item. Happened to me with 3 different items. I cancelled all orders.
I bought a pair of boots and the composite toe failed in one of them. Took them back to return them and been a week no news no updates no info. Boot Barn claims that they've sent my replacement pair to the post office but post office claims they haven't received it. I've heard stories of boot barn screwing customers on exchanges but didn't think they are true. Now I'm out 300
Went to find some boots didn't have what i was looking for i still purchase something just for a back. Cashier Sergio was very rude spent 215 for boots just for him to ask me did i need a bag or something. As if you don't bag or box the item the person just purchase. So i turned around just to return the boots cause of his service.
Worst company ever! Do not order online because they will not take a return at the store! They don't honor returns their online merchandise they do not value your time. Spent an hour talking to four employees and got nothing. I ordered some boots for a trip paid extra for shipping the boots were late and now they won't take them back!
The manager, a man with no name, just a turquoise shirt and a turquoise pinky ring couldn't answer basic questions about store policy. He didn't even know if the gift card they were offering would work for online purchases which I see from previous reviews the cards don't work! I'm very disappointed. Next time I'll go to a reputable company like REI. Don't waste your time with Boot Barn!
I found this website unfortunately after I purchased from boot barn online. I agree 100% with majority of these reviews being negative. I ordered a pair of boots online and one boot had the store security sensor on it. I called customer service and they said I could send it back or go to a store. Unfortunately there was not a store near and I needed the boots for an event in a few days so shipping them back would not work. I asked if they could overnight me another pair, customer service said they could not do that. They offered me nothing for my inconvenience other than 10% off my next order. My first and LAST time ordering with them. Extremely poor customer service and poor business. FIND ANOTHER BOOT STORE!

What century is this company living in? They have gift cards but there is absolutely no way to use the gift card in their online shop. You need to call customer service. The stores themselves stock nothing for big and tall so I need to shop from their online store. However, it seems like my gift card is no good because it can't be used online. If you have a system set up to accept credit cards, and you have a gift card system, then the two should be linked. It makes me wonder WHY they don't give the option to use them online. I think I have it figured out, though. It's for situations exactly like mine. I work full time, have a wife and kids, and don't have time to spend an hour on hold on a Saturday to use the gift card; in turn, they already have the money from someone buying the gift card and there are a lot of people like me who don't have time to actually use it by calling them. Profit is the name of the game! Very, very poor business practices.
I ordered a pair of work boots from Boot Barn. Their web site claimed they were in stock and the right size. The site also claimed to ship the same day. Three weeks later I get an email saying the boots are back ordered and the expected delivery date is March 18. The Boot Barn web site still claims the boots are in stock and and the right size. Called customer service they didn't even try to save the sale and I was issued a credit. I guess Boot Barn is really a hick operation!,

You can reach the moon faster than anyone ever answering their phone. I absolutely hate websites with no customer service! If you can't provide the service stop conning the public! You are stealing our money. None of the links for returns, or reaching customer service work. Even the order number doesn't work!

I will never step foot in Boot Barn again. In short all I wanted to do was try on a belt in their dressing room and I was denied. I mean did they think I was going to steal the darn thing... well frankly I believe that's exactly why. A 70 year old senior citizen with the merchandise in hand and I was denied entrance. Disgraceful customer service and a humiliating experience.

Never received my order and a month later i get an email stating that my order was cancelled because the product was no longer available. Well it was available when I ordered it. Just not doing business with boot Barn ever again. I was starting to like shopping there but no more.
I am pissed that the credit card company can't mail statements to me and in return I have to pay late fees for a $45.00 pair of shorts that now cost me $80.00. I've repeatedly called to get an actual statement and have been told they will send one to me. After talking with the manager I hung up and won't be buying anything on that damn card again. I didn't forget to pay I just would like a statement for my records that I have paid then the card company calling me from an unknown caller number because Boot barn comenity hasn't done their job to provide me with a statement. Don't get a card for this company, it will not turn out well for you.

Ordered husband boots for his birthday. They were delivered the same day which was great. But were in no box. Unprotected and completely tackey. Their boots are too expensive to not come in a box. Now it looks like i brought the boots from the salvation army or a thrift store. Will not buy anything else from them

This website had the best selection of cowboy boots. I went on vacation with my family to a dude ranch recently. I purchased a pair of casual boots, and I purchased a pair for riding. The boots didn’t take long to arrive. I was really happy with how nice they looked. They are well made, and they fit comfortably. I would definitely use this site again in the future.
I bought a t- shirt I was country when it wasn't cool I have only wore shirt 2 times and the pattern is already coming off it cost $35 and again it's a t- shirt I'm very disappointed I make t- shirts and they last years
I ordered a pair of ariats from here. The email I received after I ordered said they'd email me again when they shipped. They never emailed again so I tried calling. Dont even try. I was waiting for at least 20 min, twice, and gave up. I emailed customer service and they never got back with me. Finally I did some digging and found out they DID ship. Cool. They were a couple days late and when I opened the box they were all sorts of scuffed. I will be returning these and buying them elsewhere.
