I do not at all get the bad reviews of had nothing but great experiences with them the only thing a little pricey sometimes but the clothes are way better & they got good boots Fast shipping that's why my experience I love them

I went to the Boot Barn in Gainesville Fl on 03/18/23. The staff was not friendly I was inquiring about my boots that I received as a gift. I noticed that the colors changed. Just wanted to get an idea of what to do. All we got was accuse of me not buying the boots that I walked into the store on my feet. Katie looked at me as if I couldn't afford them. She asked me if I had paid for them. When I walked into the store they were on my feet. My boots were a gift. Do you know how hard it is to get these boots on and off. I am pretty sure they have cameras in the store.

I just ordered my husband's boot and he was so pleased with this purchase. The detail on it is so amazing. I'm so happy that I bought it here. I would 100% recommend this company. Absolutely amazing...

Ordered husband boots for his birthday. They were delivered the same day which was great. But were in no box. Unprotected and completely tackey. Their boots are too expensive to not come in a box. Now it looks like i brought the boots from the salvation army or a thrift store. Will not buy anything else from them

I bought 2 pairs of boots yesterday $270 each, one for myself and the other for my husband. Well i get to work today and with in 10 min of walking by boot is clicking in the sole and I can hear it and feel it. Im at work and these are the only boots I brought to work, im gonna be stuck with them because I wore them...

I urge anybody who's thinking about going to boot barn to do yourself a favor and don't. Anything they do a local small business can do better. Obviously my local store is amazing since boot barn employees were in there trying to scalp their workers.

I have waited weeks for my online purchase to arrive. They canceled both orders today. I had to send a email to find out what was going on with my order. Apparently their online items advertised are not always available.

I used to buy my work boots at a Mall. Then I moved to another state. I was hoping to find my exact boots at the BootBarn website. Wow what an awesome show of new styles. After some deep looking I found my exact boots and ordered them. Came fast, no problems. Fantastic. I think the price was about $10 higher than the mall price I used to pay, but so happy. I want so many other items from BootBarn.

Whole lot to look at. Takes a little while to find selection you want . Cool web site.

I made an order 30 minutes ago and realized I purchased the same item twice. I tried to cancel one of the items, but was told the order had already been printed so there was nothing they could do. For one, I find it very hard to believe that you have already printed and began packing an order that was placed online 30 minutes ago. Two, what's it matter? If it hasn't left the facility, I should be able to cancel the order! What kind of customer service does that? Guess I will go back to using NRS and wait forever on my items. At least there customer service and return policy are great! No one I have delt with at NRS has been rude or lazy like Boot Barn customer service.

I ordered 2 shirts for my boyfriends birthday. The shipping said 3 to 4 business days and I didn't get it until eight days later. Not only was it late but they didn't send me one of the shirts I ordered and they one they did send me was completely wrong as well. I called customer service and the only thing they offered is for me to send it back and then I'd have to wait another 8 to 10 days for the shirt I did order when it was already four days late. They did not care that I was not happy and it was never told I was getting the second shirt I ordered. I told him I never order from them again and I would stick to Amazon and all they said is have a great day. When I asked about the shipping saying 3 to 4 business days he said that's an estimate and I told him that's not what it said on the website it said shipped and 3 to 4 business days. Horrible experience terrible customer service and will never go back!

Tip for consumers:
My only tip would be DO NOT use this site. They do not care how much they inconvenience you.

It never processes any of my credit cards. Tried different browsers, different cards. Then, it charges me every single time I try to make the purchase and customer service does NOTHING Beyond aggravated at this company

I bought a pair of Ariat Men's Liberty Workhog Western Work Boots - Composite toe. In 3 months they're destroyed. The steel toe is already rubbed off. My sole is completely gone. I'm not happy with the purchase. They are work boots that should be meant to last. I paid 209 dollars plus tax on these boots to be completely useless and uncomfortable after just 3months. Ive had boots from Walmart and non brand name last longer. Very disappointed. Want better quality when I pay $200+

I made an order that said it could be shipped in 8 days (on the drop down menu) when adding the item to the cart. When I was ready to check out they allowed me the option to shut in less days and I went with 3-5 business days. Once my transaction went though they surprised me with telling me the the order will be delivered more than 2 weeks later. Once I contacted customer service to cancel my order they told me they will refund the money they charged me for immediate in 5-7 business days. What a joke.

After wearing my 350$ boots only a handful of times the leather of my pull tab snapped. Apparently, according to the poop barn, this is wear and tear because your not sopose to use your pull tabs for pulling on your boots.

Rude do not help with anything and do not have my size and smells like smoke in there and all they do is sit on their phones and do not help with anything I was waiting for an hour they saw me and they did nothing and plus their stuff is really filthy in there and buy their cashiers and everything there's dead roaches horrible service will not be coming back here..

Booked order, said delivery would be 3-5 days. Charged our credit card repeatedly. Multiple contacts with the weak mgmt team. After 5 weeks contact the WEAKEST gal in charge (Erin said she was the "ASM") who told us it was too close to closing, and she did not like our tone. Just the worst Customer Experience over 5 weeks all around!

Do not book here!!!!

I have been a customer of boot barn for a couple of years and wanted to not only support our local companies here in Lebanon, Tn, but also I really liked the products as well. Tonight I took the family to boot barn to purchase a new hat at $99.00 and also a pair of carhart pants $39.00 and after purchasing around $500.00 or more with this company in previous purchases, I could even be found in the system. Phone number, name, or address could pull my information up... what's the point in having a rewards card if your not even going to keep up with your customers or convinetly loose the information. Not happy at all.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots at the beginning of may an didn't receive my order yet. I send many emails claiming to send me my order or to give my money back on my credit card. Sometimes, they did'nt answer at all to my emails. When they answered, they give just a short answer that not really answering the problem. At the beginning of the month i gave them an ultimatum of 10 days to send me my order or to give my money back on my credit card. I have no more choice to consider it's a fraud.

I've bought a few things from boot bsrn. The quality is very inconsistent. Some looks good, other items not so much. I made two online purchases which were a shirt and a belt. The shirt was very nice, but the belt which was more than $50 was way too big, and to top it off, made in China. That's a deal breaker. First, I won't buy chicom sweatshop crap... and for $50 plus, I expect it to made here in the USA. Bootbarn censored my honest review which infuriates me to the point where I won't patronize them again. I don't tolerate censorship of honest reviews.

Purchased a shirt this summer and today would be the 3rd time I've worn it & the bottom seam has completely come apart. For what I paid for this item, I can't believe this happened. Won't be shopping here anymore!

Don't ever apply for the credit card! They charge you late fees even for being on time. Payments need to be made in store or else you will have to pay 10 extra dollars to pay over the phone. Then when you call the customer seevice line they take forever to answer your call.

I have about 6 pair of boots that I have purchased from Boot Barn. My latest online order I received & the boots didn't fit. I returned the boots & was charged $10.00 for making a shipping label. My paper, my ink, & my printer to make return shipping label. I will purchase my boots elsewhere from now on. Good bye Boot Barn.

My experience wasn't good. Nothing in stock of the only brand I was looking for even though their website showed many choices in the Roper brand. Customer service was like trying to pull teeth. Not my kind of place.

My 89 year old dad had a problem with shipping of a product that he purchased at boot barn in Evansville Indiana. I called to help him out the girl on the other end of the phone her name was Sid was one of the rudest, ignorant people I have dealt with in my life! We explain to her about the problem and with an attitude she said "that is an online issue" she said that about three times with an attitude. Your business does not succeed if you don't have great customer service. She was rude extremely rude. I cannot express enough how rude she was in on a good note Bertha and customer service online was outstanding that's what customer service is all about.

On June 3rd, I ordered some boots and a hat, It said ships the same day on both items for the sizes I selected.
I waited until 6 pm June 7th, and still not shipped. I did call, the rude woman said they shipped today. But when I asked for the shipping number she hung up.
LOL, I will never ever buy from these liars again.

One thing to Lie about shipping, another is to lie again on the phone and hang up.

I drove an hour one way to purchase a pair of boots ask the cash register person what is the return policy if these don't do not work She said there was a 30 day comfort fit guarantee return Em aren't he returning no problem after 4 days I tried to return they would not return them very poor company

I purchased boots on September 10 charged for my full price of my boots. Send them back for exchange received by the barn on the 23rd they credited me back less than what I paid. Exchange took three weeks when it should've taken 3 to 5 business days. When I finally got my boots they charged me again for my boots. I have now paid two times for the same pair of boots. They said they will credit me for 2nd charge plus an additional $25. I'm still waiting to see that money they said if I don't get it I need to contact my financial institution because they are released the money. NEVER Again!

All I know is my exchange experience was horrible they charge me for a boots twice I’m still waiting on my money
