Was concerned it took a long time for delivery but was reassured this was normal and l would receive goods
Placed an order beginning of June, my order was forgotten about. After 3 weeks I chased this and they immediately sent it out. It's now been 7 days, a month or so in total and I am still yet to recieve my order... Unsure how an order can be forgotten about but will not be ordering again

Charged for delivery in 3-5 working days, but arrived 1 week later. Poor quality.
When i said my parcel was 2 days late, they only suggested it's on the way and will be with me shortly. Which i guess it was, but they still charge you for 3-5 day delivery...
