Unfortunately you deposit your funds with debit but they don't pay you back in the same currency. They don't even tell you this until it is time to get your money. I don't know how tf bitcoins and crypto currency works. I regret using them and never will again

Please use another book. Even if people have said they have had no problems, just don't take the chance. USE ANOTHER BOOK. I placed a bet on live virtual horse racing for fun...for 1 and 4 to show. 1 won but I DIDNT WIN! I was so confused so I went back to check the results...and they changed them. They literally just changed the results like I dont have eyes of my own. I was watching the previous races and the results were consistent. The live video showed 1 won, and the announcer said 1 won! So why are the results showing 6 won?! It truly baffled me. I contacted support and of course they are of no help AT ALL. They keep saying there is nothing wrong with the races. It's not about the loss. WE ALL KNOW WE LOSE! But this is ridiculous. Straight scamming. Not even shady bad odds, wrong totals... which they have done before too, but STRAIGHT UP REWRITING OUTCOMES! I feel so gaslit. Don't put any money on there. You are going to be frustrated at some point when they pull some BS.

Don't use. You will not be able to withdraw your money. The minimum amount to get back to your bank is $1,500 with $100 fee. Terrible customer service. Save your money use another app to play

SCAM SCAM SCAM! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPORTSBOOK. I haven't used bovada in 4+ years so they closed my inactive account. I had to create a new account in order to bet with them again so I did. I deposited $1000 and received a $750 bitcoin bonus. It took me a month to fulfill the 5x rollover but I finally did and just requested a withdrawal of $5,716.43 on 12/30/24. Today, 12/31/24 they terminated my account and are refusing to pay me because I had an account 4+ years ago that they closed out due to inactivity. They also sent me an email saying it's against their rules to bet your entire deposit ("all in") on 1 game. They are looking to STEAL your money and if you win they will make it impossible to collect. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND STAY AWAY.

Now i have read many reviews on here and seen some individuals that are pro bovada and for those individuals, I am glad to see someone enjoys the service. For me personally, I have bad nothing but hatred towards the organization and the service that is provided. The live scoring is a joke never providing accurate scores and the odds are based on this. As a better, you can't trust anything with international games with the exception of soccer. I've bet countless basketball games where the score is 70-70 in the 4th quarter with 5 minutes left and then the score is magically 75-73 with no time run off the scoreboard. If there is an issue reported on an in play bet, good luck. Their policy is adjustments cant be made to bets that aren't made before the start of a game. This isn't a post complaining about losing cause everyone on here has lost bets that's the nature of betting but the expectation is that when you are betting, you aren't at a disadvantage by betting on inaccurate odds and scoring. That is a scam in my opinion and we should all file a class action lawsuit against this shady platform.

App gives fake live numbers to convince you to go one way then once you place the bet the score updates, I caught this 3 times I will never place a bet on this app again

I have had my bovada account for over 3 years I hadn't played on my account in a few months and had changed my phone number.I deposited money and played I got up to a point where I wanted to withdrawal.My old phone number was still tied to the account and it requires a code sent to your phone number to request a withdrawal.I went ahead and contacted support and was waiting with them for about 45 minutes just for them to say I was in a banned area and could not play.Never had any issues before but they suspended my account stating that reason.Terrible customer service would not recommend to anyone.

I have been using BOVADA about 3 years. I have won several 300-500$ parlays over the years. This week I put in a parlay and had 16$ in my account. A hour before the last games were on my account went to 0. I hit the parlay for only 220$. And they didn't pay me. Then locked my account down. No help from customer service. I was told I had a bonus expire. That's BS.

Off the App Store and wouldn't let me sign in anywhere else. Took my money. No help with the worthless chat thing. No phone number. Terrible Stay away

Bovada will let you win but only a few times after that the games will just take your money. I've played over 20,000$ I think I'm about even do I will not continue with this platform. Wouldn't recommend playing if you want a fair play. I know winning dors happen but they are not in the business of loosing money. Be carfull. Oh and there bouneses are horrible!

They disabled my account because I forgot my pin. Even though I answered security questions. I have a disabled account even after emailing & contacting customer support.

Cashed out via bank check like i have for years, check bounces and written from a closed Canadian Acct, they have not returned the money and just continue the lies. Customer service sucks, stay away from these thieves.

First off I'd like to say I really loved playing st Bovada,and I was loyal customer. I have some decent wins and I've had my share of loses but thats gambling taking a chance to win or lose. I play at Bovada & Betonline but before what happened I preferred Bovada.with that being said,I made 2 Bitcoin deposits, you never had a minimum and I made a deposit 1st one never even appeared spoke with a rep chat and to make a long story short gave me my deposit in a bonus.so I cant even use it,unless I make another deposit and I did,never showed up next agent said he seen it and I had to wait 24 hrs.Every deposit I've ever made has gone in within ten minutes and withdraws have taken up to 24 hrs but this is all new first time having problems.I tried several times to remedy the problem and getting no where.chat reps click off people telling me i sent to wrong address,I have the blockchain transcript,I have all my transactions to bovada all of them.Nowthis is my last time Im being told to ask and be courteous for this to be remedied will you put both my deposits in my account so i can use my money as before this mess or send both my last 2 deposits back bitcoin and I can be done with this.Im not just going to except whatever this is or why this is but its not right and if you have a minimum you shouldn't even except my deposits to begin with correct but i sent $62 and and $70 the $70 hasn't been posted period where is that? Seems legit at first getting cash back weekly bonuses then they are taken away Soon as you start climbing up the ladder And it only gets worse. I've been with Bovada for years. I still remember the days when they were Bodog. They've never cheated me. When I request a withdrawal, there has never been a delay. Yes on occasion there may be a slow settlement or a wrong outcome. That has only happen twice since I've been with them. And trust me, they've compensated me with free bonuses and reward points and I didn't even ask.

The chat support is easy to use and you could get support immediately. For those that say the chat feature don't work, refresh your browser, clear your cache, disable unnecessary add ons on your browser.
I'm not even affiliated with Bovada but I find it necessary to defend them because they only treated me with the utmost respect.

They say USDT withdrawals are free, but then they subtract ~2% from the amount they send. Not cool. Just disclose the fees upfront. But where it gets much much worse is when I contacted their customer support agent Martha. She kept telling me that they have sent the full amount in USDT and it is my wallet that is subtracting fees. 🤦‍ No matter how many times I tried to explain that it is not true and that you can see it on the blockchain because all of the crypto transaction details are PUBLIC... she kept repeating that they sent the full amount and that my wallet charged fees to receive. Unreal. Never using Bovada again.

I've been playing for quite sometime now. I would say years ago, they were decent. But these past two years, have just been outrageously shady. Feature rounds seems impossible, bonus wagers are impossible to clear, and if you do get a feature round, you can be sure you'll get nothing close to what you spent trying to get it. They say RTP is measured through time, so tell me how I could stay in 1 game and it's the same results. Tonight is my lastnight. 54$ deposit just for fun. Minimum wager and 12$ was my return amount. Disgusted and these scammers needs to be dealt with.
