This place is a scam. They cancelled my shoes on an amazon order and never credited my account. The "contact seller " info says there was no charge, yet there was. I unknowingly ordered a ball from the same company, not amazon, they charged me, but after 5 business days there has been no contact. There is no way anyone should do business with this company by any means. The reviews that average 4.6 must be false reviews, looks like Sitejabber is not paying attention. There is no way this company failed me twice within a week and it has not happened to anyone else. It wants "proof of purchase", but the cancelled order says 0.00, Yet my account says there was a charge, and my order for the ball cant be screen shot. So how can I provide that?
Appreciate being able to identify top weight and pin distance. Ball was delivered as ordered, the day before Christmas - earlier than what I was expecting given it was ordered the evening on the 19th.
The first time I entered my billing address, the software also changed my shipping address. When I changed the shipping address back to the originally entered address, it appeared to have worked properly.
I like the description and demo to see how the ball reacted on the lanes. The ball is similar to my Blue Vibe and it was to compare the 2 balls side by side. Can't wait to get to get it drilled and get rolling!

Thank heavens I stumbled on to your web sight. None of the stores near me sell bowling shoes or shoe bags, and I needed a bag to keep my shoes in. The service was great and I had my shoebag in just a few days of ordering. The price was very good and reasonable!
Didnt say online that they did not have the ball that i wanted anymore since it was discontinued and i thought this place had it. Since they still had the order button available and then i found out they didnt a couple days later and now i got to wait for paypal to release my money.

Also note that the bowling ball was in a non shipping type of box; that box was in another shipping type box. I was a little concerned initially because the outside box was dented in, partial torn, and the inner box with the ball was loose inside the second box versus having packing material surrounding the package (ball/box) being shipped. For the value of the product, I would have thought a more sturdy packaging would have been used. It appears the ball looks fine. I will be getting it drilled in a week or two and we'll see how it works for me.

I wish i was told that i had to pay brokers fees if i newthat at the time i won't have place my order.So instead of paying 76 dollars i had to pay 118 for a pare of shoes that i could of bought here in Ontario of that price.Sorry i will not be telling my friends about you.
Your check-out process is terible. I think you guys need to invest some money in a system that really works. One of your adds states that you ship worldwide however my Chicago address was not an optional shipping address? Really?
There's no such thing as tracking of your order progress on your web and there are some issues with your shipping department. I received an e-mail that my order was shipped on Monday but in reality my order didnt leave your warehouse till Wednesday or Thursday and I was unable to figure out what the true status of the order was since your web options only allow you to check your order status by entering UPS or USPS tracking numbers which doesn't work if your shipment was sent via FedEx...

It took me about 5 or 6 times to process my order. I hope only 1 order went through. When ordering the ball I could request pin distance and top WT. And when I requested specific specs it then said requesting specs may delay in delivery of the ball which is understandable. But when I received the ball it wasn't close to the specs I received..

Used my new xxtra2 shoes same night I got them. Only rolled a 652 but just about average, but the shoes are awesome now that I have them adjusted the same way I had my old ones. Got them exactly the day when promised.Definitely will buy from them again.

Shopping was fine. Checkout was a pain. It required an account but that wasn't clear at all. It told me that it requires an email, I complied. Then it stalled and told me it needed a password, I complied. It still stalled and I didn't know how to proceed so I set up an account and it finally let me check out. It should be clear up front that you require me to create an account. Most sites don't, though - I can usually checkout as a guest and they will email me a receipt.
Addendum - I will file a complaint via the website because I didn't get what I ordered. I specified a "Personalized" bowling towel and was charged extra for it. The towel was not personalized at all.

Tried to call cust service to make sure ball was available but got message to leave a message and someone would call back I am ordering this late and didnt want to leave number to return my call as I was going to bed, would of like to be able to talk to someone, also wanted to know if u price match other on-line prices
I purchased the Brunswick Exile as a gift for my husband, good price, beautiful ball BUT instead of it being here in 2 days (via Priority Mail) it took a week and I don't like the fact that there are no live people to assist with customer service, you have to send email and wait up to 24 hrs for someone to respond to you. I will not be purchasing through this site again due to the customer service.

I still stick with the above. It wouldn't let me go any further on the site without putting in a shipping fee. I thought that it would be subtracted later...but not so. The answer that I received was also a little "snarky". Not a good way to get clients coming back to your site.

I wanted a 15.3lb bowling ball and requested the weight in email and on online customer message while I was on the web. I didn't receive a response back and received a 15 LB ball. On the order form i didn't include the note to check for 15.3 LB weight is why I sent an email and an online message. This is the reason for 4 stars.
