This place is a scam. They cancelled my shoes on an amazon order and never credited my account. The "contact seller " info says there was no charge, yet there was. I unknowingly ordered a ball from the same company, not amazon, they charged me, but after 5 business days there has been no contact. There is no way anyone should do business with this company by any means. The reviews that average 4.6 must be false reviews, looks like Sitejabber is not paying attention. There is no way this company failed me twice within a week and it has not happened to anyone else. It wants "proof of purchase", but the cancelled order says 0.00, Yet my account says there was a charge, and my order for the ball cant be screen shot. So how can I provide that?

I would have liked to have been able to choose my color on the brunswick microfiber towel i received. The site said they are black and blue and i received the blue one wanting the black. Other than that it was a good shopping experience.
Product was delivered early enough to use for my league, however i did find the ball for 45 dollars cheaper on bowlingball.com after i had already purchased it from here. So was a bit disappointed to find out i overpayed a little bit. It was also about 35 dollars cheaper on bowling.com but they did not have the size i wanted so that was why i willing to pay a little extra get get the weight i wanted, However, bowlingball.com did have my size, but other than that it was a good experience. I know price isn't everything, but when you are on a budget, it does influence your decision making if you can get a ball from another site for a decent amount less. So i may or may not purchase again in the future, it will just depending on my budget and the prices from other sites and whether this site has what i need and the other site does not.
It was a good one. Just did not have the specifics I requested, however I was contacted and approved what was to be shipped. It was not that that much different. I can work with it.
I am a retired PBA member. Never was that great. But it was fun.
The shopping experience was FANTASTIC, although I am somewhat worried that the product I received probably sat for a long time. This is acceptable since the ball purhcased was quite old, however, my driller had to use a torque plate to keep the ball mounted to the JIG since the ball seemed to have a flat spot.
Luckily it is not in my track (RH) so everything should be okay. The 1.5" pin was a little disappointing as through email I thought I was getting a 2.x" PIN. Nonetheless, for the price point and the ball acquired, it is a bit to be expected. Thanks for the relic and I look to throw the ball likely today or tomorrow.
I love the bowlerstore and the products,but was disappointed in the response I got after filing a few customer requests as to a tracking # I never received once I placed the order, so I could not track the progress of my product at all. It took a few days for anyone to respond to my cutomer tickets I placed.
4xl shirts shouldn't just be bigger the should b longer. Too while my 4xl shirt fits everywhere it should it is just not long enough and barely comes pastmy hip bone so when. I bowl it ends up half way up my tummy
I have to pay 74.83 for receiving the bowling bag and i didn't know i had to pay this amount last time ididn't pay nothing it was exactly the amount on my credit card

I did not know that I had to pay to return shoes I do not want, although I received a bag I did not order...I bought another pair of shoes, which may be a big mistake, anyway, I hope the shoes I just ordered are to my satisfaction.

Site was a little hard to navigate and it was not clear if the custom name I ordered on the ball was received. There was not a spot to input the name after i picked that option.
Once ball was received I looked at the custom name engraving and the T in "TheRick" was chipped. Not to bad but noticable.
Although the item ordered was shown as "Buy 1, Get 1 Free" it was hard to tell if that was what was going to be shipped. Shouldn't have feared --- that's what I got! Actually, as soon as I got the UPS shipping notice I checked and it showed 34 pounds - 2 bowling balls. Thanks for the service AND the price.
I like my bag I received. I am not very tall sooooooooo this bag is just the right size for me to carry my ball and shoes. Not to over whelming. Tried it out this week for first time. Seemed to do the job. Will see if it holds up but why wouldn't it.

The only problem I had is the options for item protection was not well definded and i thought I paid for shoe protection when in fact I paid for drilling protection. You should be able to only show the selections for the type of product you are ordering.

I was disappointed when one of the bowling balls were on the website but after I placed my order, it was canceled because the ball was discontinued. I also didn't like that I couldn't order my bowling bags. I had to order the ball and bowling bags from another bowling website.
I was surprised at how fast I rec'd the ball, I had it drlled and bowled with it the same day. LOve it!
Earlier I ordered a ball for my wife Mary Wittman and we still have not rec'd it. An email msg says it should be here tomorrow, the 28th of Oct.
Needed a pair of Bowling Shoe extra wide and I bowl on Wednesday evening. I was able to order the shoes on the weekend and wear them in the league, because I received them at 1:30 PM before bowling at 6:30.
Lots of repetition required to place order. Web site not real user friendly.
