Really like the new Motiv Venom. Although I received the ball later then expected delivery date. However it was out of their control if USPS took longer than expected.

I received the order within the week from ordering. Even with one of the bags having damage during shipping, I was able to talk to customer support and they are working on resolving the issue.

Talked with Ben to get information on the product I was interested in. Due to his patience with me I had a good experience with this store and will recommend it to my fellow bowlers.

I requested a quick delivery turn around time as this was a retirement gift, the order was shipped 20 minutes after my order was placed! Amazing service and much appreciated!

Web site works pretty good. A little trouble selecting items, but I was able to get it done.
Shipping was fast and I received all items exactly as I anticipated.

My only comment is that I would have liked to have received notification that my two items shipped separately. Otherwise, this was a very positive experience.
