Order Any product from the Bowler STORE.COM I have had nothing but problems with them, I ordered a bowling ball with a year warranty it cracked all the way around the thumbhole And they refused to send me a replacement ball which is all I wanted, I sent them everything they asked for, pictures and the serial number on the ball. And That wasnt good enough So after spending $85 on a black widow spare ball they made me mail the ball back to them which cost me $33 which they refused to reimburse for. So I called the ball manufacturer which is ebonite And they told me never to order from the bowler store again to order it from your local pro shop which Ive had good luck with. If you read there reviews you will find numerous people have had the same problem with them spread the word my friends

I got my new ball in just 3 days with FREE shipping (from Ohio to Seattle)! I also really appreciated the options to choose my pin position and top weight placement. Only one other site even allows a choice.

The customer reviews were very helpful in making my purchase decision. The product arrived a little later than expected, but it was shipped on time so that's more an issue with the shipping company. Also, the bowling bag I purchased has very good quality.

I have purchased from Bowers Store in the past and found all products exactly as described and delivered right on time! Drilling with them has also been excellent. I will always go to them to purchase my bowling balls and accessories!

Delivery was good but was delayed by an ice storm and then a holiday with no mail delivery. These were unavoidable so I understand the delay.

It's always fast and easy but this time I never received a order number or a status or tracking updates I had to call customer service to find out when my package was scheduled for delivery other then that the package came in 2 days

Good selection for the casual bowler. I ordered these shoes hoping they arrive in time for a small charity event for JA. They arrived 3 days early! Quality is great and they fit perfectly. Now I'll probably be looking for a double-ball bag as I ease back into the game. No need for me to shop elsewhere. Very pleased!

It was nice to shop at bowlerstore.com since there are lots of selections to choose from as opposed to what is available in our area (Alberta, Canada). Unfortunately, the added cost of shipping made me think that buying locally is still a better option in the long term.

When my bowling shoes arrived they were the wrong size. I called and spoke with Shannon and she was super helpful and took care of everything. I was able to return them and order another pair which arrived right on time as expected with no problems. I had emailed the company prior to the phone call but got faster response by calling. Overall it was a good experience and I'd definitely order from them again.

Love the shoes! They look sharp and appear to be very well made. Soles are ready for action. Can't wait to take them on their first outing. Thanks for keeping it affordable and simple for us folks who are getting back into the sport after many years.

Great but system would not recognize me as a returning customer so when I changed to guest, it finally said that my email address was not on file. Would have been less confusing if I had know this before trying to reset my password a dozen times.

I have been buying equipment from bowlerstore.com now for over a year. Currently I have placed over 5 orders in since purchasing products from there site. The Order is always out fast and accurate. When they did not have the requested Pin. I received a email and call the next day to inform me on what configuration the currently had available and if I would like this shipped.

Bowlerstore. Com is a great place to get all your bowling needs. Everything costs less than what you would pay at your local pro shop. I was looking for a specific pair of shoes, I checked Bowlerstore.com first then when to pro shop at my house to see how much they wanted for them, because I like to support my houses pro shop when I can. Turns out it would have cost me $60 more to buy from the pro shop. I have ordered from them before. Both times order arrive sooner than they stated. Keep up the great work. A+

The prices are really good, delivery was fast and the order was perfect, no mistakes. You're told when the order is completed and shipped and if you have any questions along the way you get answers quickly. The check-out process takes a little longer than other on-line stores because each section has to process separately but it's worth it!

Overall, I had a great time ordering! I ordered 2 bowling balls which were awesomely priced! My son loves the ball I got for him and I got the new Columbia resurgence revival and it really is similar to the original resurgence! The free shipping was nice but it took 9 days to deliver. Other than that that, I'd recommend this site to my friends and anyone looking for great deals on balls or anything related to bowling! Give bowlerstore.com a chance and you won't be disappointed!

It was difficult to get a hold of someone regarding the issue. I had 1 order that came in 2 packages, but the second order came over a week and a half later and I could not track it given the order number or Tracking number. Only after several attempts to contact bowlerstore did someone respond to me, using the online chat service that I waited about 35 minutes for an operator, then finally left a message and logged out. No one called me back after I had called about 4 times to leave a message.

I was concerned about having to return them for a different size because buying before trying shoes on rarely works for me, but they fit well, were very comfortable and I am very pleased with the shoes.
