Bowlerstore did everything right on there end! I ran into a speed bump with usps, but after I finally got it, it was everything I've been waiting for and I can't wait to try out my new ball!
This place is a scam. They cancelled my shoes on an amazon order and never credited my account. The "contact seller " info says there was no charge, yet there was. I unknowingly ordered a ball from the same company, not amazon, they charged me, but after 5 business days there has been no contact. There is no way anyone should do business with this company by any means. The reviews that average 4.6 must be false reviews, looks like Sitejabber is not paying attention. There is no way this company failed me twice within a week and it has not happened to anyone else. It wants "proof of purchase", but the cancelled order says 0.00, Yet my account says there was a charge, and my order for the ball cant be screen shot. So how can I provide that?

The price and quality of the ball is pleasing. Would have preferred not to use UPS based on the extra shipping cost. However it did ship quick.

Had some difficultly not your problem but Postal Service delivery was unsatisfactory they had ball since 3/8/18 I was never notified and by chance asked at local post office if I had a package.
So far anything I have bought from y'all I liked and I have never bought a moxy ball before looking forward to trying it out and getting two friends to try it as well.

My only complaint is that I paid for engraving on 2 balls and it was not completed. I still need to call in for a refund

When i placed the order, my order was shipped out the very next day whic was nice, only had to wait 5 buisness days to recieve my order from ohio all the way to calgary.
