This place is a scam. They cancelled my shoes on an amazon order and never credited my account. The "contact seller " info says there was no charge, yet there was. I unknowingly ordered a ball from the same company, not amazon, they charged me, but after 5 business days there has been no contact. There is no way anyone should do business with this company by any means. The reviews that average 4.6 must be false reviews, looks like Sitejabber is not paying attention. There is no way this company failed me twice within a week and it has not happened to anyone else. It wants "proof of purchase", but the cancelled order says 0.00, Yet my account says there was a charge, and my order for the ball cant be screen shot. So how can I provide that?
Ordering my 'yellow rose' clear ball from you was a great experience from start to finish. It arrived in a jiffy and I have already had it drilled and customized with my first name. The alley that did the drilling also gave me three free games just to see how the customizing felt. Wow! I'm already in love with my new ball. I had a specific reason for ordering a ball with a 3-4 inch pin, but I was sent a ball with a 2-3 inch pin. No one contacted me to see if that was okay before they shipped the ball. I could have purchased this ball for $10 less from another dealer, but thought I would give you guys a try.
Site was easy to navigate and I appreciate that they allow Paypal purchases. It was great that they allowed me to engrave my bowling ball after I already purchased my bowling ball... but I would have felt better about getting a confirmation email that the engraving order went through... I tried contacting the store via email with no response. But I did recieve the bowling ball, complete with engraving, and it is wonderful.
Would really appreciate free shipping. Since I was told that free shipping to Hawaii was no longer available, due to higher cost of shipping rates, you should charge Hawaii people only the difference between what you pay for the people in the 48 states and Hawaii.
I was purchasing for my husband for a father's day gift, so I really don't understand all the terminology about the balls. I couldn't even guess on drilling the holes. Would prefer to have had you do that, but I think to ensure the right fit needed to do it locally.
Easy to navigate site prices not bad. Had hard time to contact store by phone shipping took 26 days not 3-6 days as advertised had to call a few times to get answer to problem. Problem was handle ok after contact. Need to have a better way of contact store.
Very rude customer service. Lots of attitude. No free shipping to canada. Cost.me to much for shipping so I wont order again plus the rude customer service didnt help, as it sounded from the moment they answered the phone they hated their job to. But gotta admit the package came fast.
Love your site. Thank you for free shipping. My son is a bowler and I found just what I wanted. HOWEVER - after receiving my item I was disappointed in the quality. The shirt is very nice but the transfer looks unprofessionally done, like the cheap iron-ons you could buy in the 1970s. It also looks like it is going to peel the first time it is washed. I'm wary of giving this shirt as a gift, but I have no time to replace (Chanukah began last night) so I will hope for the best.
I was very happy with the bowling shoes that I bought from your web site. My old shoes broke the last night I bowled so I came home to order new ones from your site. I found they was cheaper on your site an would be shipped before the next night I bowled.

My name was suppose to be in black lettering on my Steelers bowling ball, not white. I wished the bowling ball was a bit more secure in the bowling ball bag (bag is kinda flimsy). Other than that, I'm totally happy with bowlerstore.com
It was a major pain to have to create an email and a password when I just wanted to buy stuff and I already bought stuff before. It took several tries before I realized you were making me use a password vs. buying as a guest.
Prices are a little high. Got the order on time unlike the gift card that was ordered for two day delivery and had to reorder the gift card. Also lost the extra money for sipping never got a refund on the shipping.
My shopping experience was good and my ball came quickly, the only problem was the boxes that it came in was all crunched up as if someone played soccer with it. The ball itself was fine though and I just had it drilled today.

The only thing that I was a little unhappy with is the item was ready to be shipped and a tracking number assigned on 3/29/19 but USPS did not get the item until 4/1/19. The delivery time was still very fast.
The picture and description of the product on the website stated and showed what I wanted and thought I was getting. I was sent something different. The price was fair and shipping time was excellent. I contacted customer service via email has directed immediatley (day I received it) after I found the product was wrong. Phone prompted me to email and online live chat was unavailable. Two days later and still NO response if I will be able to exchange or return the wrong item. VERY disappointed and dissatisfied.
Everything came on time, item quality appears perfect. No scratches or dents on the ball i ordered, and no tears on the thumb saver. I have yet to actually drill and try the ball, but I have high hopes for it. I thought I clicked on size 16 but it seems I accidentally ordered a size 15. Reviews on the ball itself give it high marks all around. I am overall very satisfied.
