The bowling ball was nice I paid to have my husbands name put on the ball it was there but I was not pleased with the size of the letters I thought the letters would be larger also the order came in two parts I didn't say that on the invoice when the ball arrived we had to call twice to find out

Priority mail should only be what u are charged. USPS priority mail for an item like this should only be in the $9 range, not $50 I don't understand why you have to make a profit on shipping

Great service, excellent selection. I could get some items cheaper from the pro shop but what I want is always out I I have to wait a week sometime to get what I want I can get it quicker here and be assured I will get what I need when I need it.

I know it was free shipping, the only issue i had was delivery. Bc i knew what day it would show up, but i was waiting around for it and finally arrived 6 pm. wish i wouldv known that it would have arrived that late. Maybe ups could have sections. Meaning when a person tracks it, then could see around what time it should arrive. Ex. 8am - 12pm, 12pm - 4pm, 4pm - 8pm. That was the only issue i had

Initial quality and service appears good but the duties that came after the order to ship to Canada is simply so prohibitive that I could not do this again regardless to the positive experience $60 CDN for shipping and over $100 in duties makes a $300 CDN order simply too expensive.
