Bowlerstore did everything right on there end! I ran into a speed bump with usps, but after I finally got it, it was everything I've been waiting for and I can't wait to try out my new ball!
This place is a scam. They cancelled my shoes on an amazon order and never credited my account. The "contact seller " info says there was no charge, yet there was. I unknowingly ordered a ball from the same company, not amazon, they charged me, but after 5 business days there has been no contact. There is no way anyone should do business with this company by any means. The reviews that average 4.6 must be false reviews, looks like Sitejabber is not paying attention. There is no way this company failed me twice within a week and it has not happened to anyone else. It wants "proof of purchase", but the cancelled order says 0.00, Yet my account says there was a charge, and my order for the ball cant be screen shot. So how can I provide that?
So far it was simple, easy and quick process. I also called to ask a question with your *-*** number and the woman was very helpful and nice to deal with. Thank You.
I would have liked to have a tracking number with my confirmation. Also speak to someone to confirm delivery and for online chat to chat instead of send link as response without explanation
I used the micro fiber grip sack on Thursday night, but it left my hand tacky. I was unable to get the ball off my hand cleanly and had to quit using it after 4 frames.
Company was alert and let me know one of the products I originally placed on order was not the proper choice, thereby saving me time and potential return. Thanks a lot for looking out for me.
One of the items I ordered did not arrive personalized. I called Customer Service and the issue was immediately resolved and my personalized towel is being shipped to me.
Item received complete and in good condition.
Only problem is with the size of shoe cover order size XXL received XL.
Any possibility to change the size? Do i have to pay for the shipment?

The shoes arrived exactly as described on the site. They fit true to size and look great! Ordering was quick and easy and my order arrived very promptly.
Overall experience was great. However I received a shipped confirmation 2 days before it actually shipped. I was then a little disappointed that the package didn't come sooner.
I have ordered a number of products from this site and have been very pleased with it. I was somewhat concerned with the packaging this time, but it appears there was no injury to the bowling ball.

I had forgot my account info which caused me to take forever to place my order, but I have made note of it to make things go much smoother on my next order.
I didn't get all the shirt I ordered I had two different kind of shirts bur reordered and got all of them now need to return the wrong one sent the first time.
Only issue i have is it takes awhile to order because you have to load every part individually...also a note saying your order shipped or that you made a order would be helpful

I don't like the fact that you use fedEx. They drop to the post office. Takes 2 days to get across the country and 3 or 4 to get it from the post office. Bowlerstore itself is excellent.
The ball seams to of good quality although I have not had a chance to use it yet. I do wish the drilling of the wholes would have been one size bigger next time I know to go with the larger wholes.
I can honestly say that I enjoyed the prompt delivery, but for balls that are slowly discontinued, I would expect a cheaper price on these balls. Other than the price it was a great experience.
The shoes are a little stiff will take a while to break in, but I love them, they fit true to size, I had no problem with the slide foot, it was like I had wore the shoes for months, they are a little more but well worth the money, I had bought 2 other cheaper pairs and they were either foot would slide, I tried them but they were sticky and I could not slide like I wanted to and I did not have the time to practice and try to break them in for league play.
I was very nervous to order bowling shoes online- as I am the type of person to try shoes on. But the shoes that I ordered fit perfectly and are very comfortable. Definately a very good experience
