I paid for a 4000 grit ball thinking it would be very shiny but the finish is rather dull... I am VERY disappointed in the look of the ball... I should never have bought a ball without seeing it.

The shopping experience itself was very good. However, when we recieved the order, it was wrong. I am now in a position where I have to pay return shipping because they sent the wrong size.

The web site was extremely user friendly. I was looking for a very specific item and had no problem finding it. The price was reasonable and the delivery time was exceptional.

Order had to be shipped twice, there was an error on first shipment it was only half the order, after contacting Bowlerstore the other half was sent out.

The checkout process takes incredibly too long, after each selection you have to wait for the form to process before it will open the next section for editing.

I placed one order, only to find out days later that the ball I ordered was out of stock. I hope that doesn't happen again. I do like the videos about each ball.

Everything was fine except they don't have the 16 pound bowling I wanted so they sent me a 15 pound and that is fine because they told me I could return it if you wanted a 16

I paid for a rush delivery Thursday morning and did not receive the package till Monday. I paid extra for rush delivery thinking I would receive it by Saturday on his birthday.

I ordered a 2 to 3 inch pin ball but box said 3 to 4. I also had a issue with USPS delivering the ball to the wrong address but that's not your fault.

You substituted a different color of bowling shirt, which is also a nice shirt but I would have preferred a phone call as I would have choose black on black instead of red and black.
