Bowlerstore did everything right on there end! I ran into a speed bump with usps, but after I finally got it, it was everything I've been waiting for and I can't wait to try out my new ball!
This place is a scam. They cancelled my shoes on an amazon order and never credited my account. The "contact seller " info says there was no charge, yet there was. I unknowingly ordered a ball from the same company, not amazon, they charged me, but after 5 business days there has been no contact. There is no way anyone should do business with this company by any means. The reviews that average 4.6 must be false reviews, looks like Sitejabber is not paying attention. There is no way this company failed me twice within a week and it has not happened to anyone else. It wants "proof of purchase", but the cancelled order says 0.00, Yet my account says there was a charge, and my order for the ball cant be screen shot. So how can I provide that?
This is the second time I have tried to order the product- this time i received the correct order of 1 15 lb. bowling ball and not 2 8 lb. bowling balls.
I would order again if I needed any bowling supplies

I love your website, when I ordered my bag and ball I ordered my ball and bag you did not have the ball I requested but I was able to get a different one with no problems and I have had lots of compliments on the ball and where did you get it and I let them know from where I got it from. I had ordered wide size [EEE] and the company sent size [D]. I am hopeful that I will be able to receive my correct size before my bowling league concludes in two weeks.

I requested certain specifications on the ball but the website wouldn't accept it. I am hoping the top weight and pin distance won't affect my bowling style top much.
Great selection on candlepin bowling bags. Wish you had a selection of hand towels for candlepin (they are much smaller than the ones you have listed for ten pin).
The delivery has been long but it was not because you, the canadian customs have keep it long time (almost 5 days!).

bowlerstore.com needs to tell the customer wether their getting a pin in or pin out ball. Recieved mine pin in and was very limited to my drilling options.
I did not receive my entire order only because the bowling ball I ordered will not ship until Feb. 25th. So all is good! I knew this when placed my order.
Love the free shipping! I always receive the ball faster than waiting for the weekend to get one from the pro shop. I ordered the ball on Friday and received it on Sunday! FANTASTIC!

Received a $5 Discount offer which was rejected at "checkout" stating my $113 purchase was not over $50. The discount code was LIKE5. Wasn't happy about that.
The size is too small, wanted to exchange but I didnt realize you had to purchase a shoe plan to do an exchange, so now I have to return and face a restocking fee.

I was disappointed the shipping option I choose wasn't a real option to select. The matter was handle fast and was pleased with there quick response on fixing the matter as best as possible.
I thought the price of the shipping was high, but was very surprised at the duty cost of $**.**. I wouldn't have purchased the bag had I realized how much the total price would be.
