Bowlerstore did everything right on there end! I ran into a speed bump with usps, but after I finally got it, it was everything I've been waiting for and I can't wait to try out my new ball!
This place is a scam. They cancelled my shoes on an amazon order and never credited my account. The "contact seller " info says there was no charge, yet there was. I unknowingly ordered a ball from the same company, not amazon, they charged me, but after 5 business days there has been no contact. There is no way anyone should do business with this company by any means. The reviews that average 4.6 must be false reviews, looks like Sitejabber is not paying attention. There is no way this company failed me twice within a week and it has not happened to anyone else. It wants "proof of purchase", but the cancelled order says 0.00, Yet my account says there was a charge, and my order for the ball cant be screen shot. So how can I provide that?
Everything arrived in a timely manner. I was able to use it in league that same week.
Website easy to use, delivery was VERY prompt, bowling bag was exactly as described and price was great.

The price for each insert was about the same as the local pro shops but allowed for FREE shipping an availability
The site is easy to navigate, but I also wanted to purchase a Master Industries Wrister wrist support but it does not appear you carry it.
Checkout process a bit frustrating, not registering fields that I DID fill in and kicking me back out to do it all again.
