Bowlerstore did everything right on there end! I ran into a speed bump with usps, but after I finally got it, it was everything I've been waiting for and I can't wait to try out my new ball!
This place is a scam. They cancelled my shoes on an amazon order and never credited my account. The "contact seller " info says there was no charge, yet there was. I unknowingly ordered a ball from the same company, not amazon, they charged me, but after 5 business days there has been no contact. There is no way anyone should do business with this company by any means. The reviews that average 4.6 must be false reviews, looks like Sitejabber is not paying attention. There is no way this company failed me twice within a week and it has not happened to anyone else. It wants "proof of purchase", but the cancelled order says 0.00, Yet my account says there was a charge, and my order for the ball cant be screen shot. So how can I provide that?
Customer service wasn't helpful at all. Also through your facebook page, my comments kept getting deleted. I wish that there was a way showing where your products were being shipped from. I.E. What warehouse the product were coming from.
Response is really slow when trying to click place order. Prices are good, I'll give an honest response when I receive my ball exactly as I ordered, 4" pin out, top weight 2.5 to 3.0

Need to return. Contacted bowlwerstore.com per their policy for return authorization form. It has been three days and have not heard from them. I sent a follow-up email. Also purchased their return guarantee add-on. Never again.
My only complaint is that I ordered size 7.5 Wide and received size 7.5 Medium.
Consequently, the shoes are very tight. I am going to keep them, however, because I know they'll stretch. Other than that, I'm happy with the experience.:-).
Excellent Customer Service! My original order was no longer in stock and I was quickly contacted (during their "closed" customer service hours even) and given other options. I am extremely happy with the option they suggested. And even more pleased at the level of customer service. Bowlerstore.com will be my #1 go-to place for all my bowling needs.
Ordering was easy. Ordered ball, bag, and shoes. Only comment I have is in regards to bag as its description stated it would hold shoes as well. It will if you have tiny feet. Other than that the process was simple.
I like the ease of PayPal or Amazon. We'll see how the shipping and product goes. Shipping was on time, product quality was great. I wish I knew a little more about the size return insurance for shoes, which I got assuming if they didn't fit I could exchange them. After wearing the shoes a little, I think I'll end up keeping them, but overall service was easy and good quality.
Always where I come for all my bowling needs. You have a good selection of products, great service, and awesome shipping. Absolutely love that you ship free to Alaska, reccomend you to everyone. My one suggestion would be to please add a filter feature to your site or something, make it a little more front end user friendly. Site is a bit clunky and not the easiest to navigate to what you're looking for.
BowlerStore.com offers bowling gear at competitive prices. They have a larger selection than most independently owned pro shops. They had what I was shopping for and I didn't have to wait for a pro shop to place an order. I am very pleased with the delivery time.
I'm thinking I ordered the shoes too big but am scared to walk around in them, you guys might say that I wore them and then wanted a new pair but I will take care of that. I'm satisfied otherwise and the wrong size is my fault.

There seems to be a hangup,when its time to make payment.thats why earlier today i just gave up finishing my order.if you had not sent me a email letting me know i left items in my cart.i would have not probably ordered this item.i have ordered bowling balls and other items in the past ten to fifteen years and there always has been a problem with ordering on line.you need to revamp your online ordering site. Got the shoes today on monday, after paying the little tax of 12â
The bowling bag arrived on time despite all of the problems that UPS and FEDEX were having this holiday season. The bag was actually nicer than what I expected. I gave it to my son and he is very pleased. The bag seems to be well constructed and it was thoughtfully engineered to conveniently carry all of his bowling equipment. I feel like I got good value for my money.
When I decided to purchase new bowling shoes, a local pro shop tried to convince me to let them order another brand for me. My instincts told me to order from you and I am so glad I did.
Several of my friends who are very good ***+ bowlers said I would be very happy with the Linds shoes. They sure were right. The shoes could not be more comfortable - like wearing slippers. Delivery of my order was quick. I'm very satisfied with service and product. I ordered a pair of Linds bowling shoes and I knew what to expect. However, it would have been more helpful if the shoes were shown from different angles instead of only one angle. I did not need to contact customer service or make a return so I could not rate those. The shoes are great.
This is for our daughter and her special Olympic bowling, YOU should show on your web page that people buying from Canada will have to pay outrageous DUTY, it cost us 97.77 for this at the door when the ball arrived! I would not of ordered this item had I known this, or would of had it shipped to my family in the states. This made for a very expensive ball for our daughter and on disability she does not have a lot.
Site seems very informative, can't wait for my order to see how everything goes. I received my bowling ball by Christmas eve as they said I would. I did have a slight snafu regarding the tracking number, but it isn't a big deal now that the bowling ball has arrived.
I had ordered a red/silver Slingshot bowling ball that ended up being retired. Kevin in Customer Service left a voicemail and emailed me the next morning to advise me of options. I chose it's replacement, the Strike King, which the Bowlerstore graciously offered at the same price as the original ball. And I received my order in only four business days with free shipping. I would definitely order from them in the future.

The Facebook pop up is really annoying, especially when you have already liked your Facebook page. Looks like there should be a way to either have this recognize me as a returning customer or a way to turn it off.
Very fast and easy ordering and received them in a very short time. Wore the shoes yesterday and was pleased. They were much slicker on the bottom than I was use to but I soon became adjusted. Had several compliments.
I have enjoyed my experience. Website was very thorough in showing the details of the ball. Liked the fact you had videos linked to bowlers using it as well. Allowed me to compare the styles of bowlers who have used this ball and match with mine.
I ordered this exact same ball 2 months ago, and my average at League had gone up for pins since then! I just purchased the second one to hold in reserve, in case I want to get another one in the future and it's been discontinued!
