This place is a scam. They cancelled my shoes on an amazon order and never credited my account. The "contact seller " info says there was no charge, yet there was. I unknowingly ordered a ball from the same company, not amazon, they charged me, but after 5 business days there has been no contact. There is no way anyone should do business with this company by any means. The reviews that average 4.6 must be false reviews, looks like Sitejabber is not paying attention. There is no way this company failed me twice within a week and it has not happened to anyone else. It wants "proof of purchase", but the cancelled order says 0.00, Yet my account says there was a charge, and my order for the ball cant be screen shot. So how can I provide that?

I paid for a 2-3 day delivery, when I didn't get it in that time frame I contacted the company and they reimbursed me my shipping fee. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I received the ball a few days later and it still made it on time for the date I had to have it by.

The item arrived on said date. Ups tracking service was great. The only downside for international buyer like me is paying more for I have to pay custom duty which is almost the same price of the item. But overall experience was great.
It was tough to find the site where I could order the Copper Infusion Tapes, but when I did, ordering was almost easy. I've been having trouble with one of my knees and these tapes helped enormously when I was bowling... and after.

I had some trouble checking out. I had a card on file but didn't work so enter again then It work, not sure what happen it was the same card with the same info. I was sent a receipt twice with different confirmation numbers but looks like one order was sent. I need to check to make sure I was only charge once. The Shoes, Bowling Ball and Bag...Love Them!
I like communication after an order by e-mail. Got your order, shipped your order, delivery date and tracking info without asking for it, etc. Try to keep your prices fare, and your shipping reasonable if not free.
I only had a problem lining up the options and check boxes for the shoe protection plan (I had to count each column to make sure I was ordering the right thing) perhaps you can distinguish them a little better.

Found this store through Amazon which caused me to believe that I could trust ordering through them directly and was completely satisfied with them in every way. They had plenty of products to choose from and I found the bowling shoes I was looking for. After I ordered, delivery was fast and the shoes arrived on time. On the web site of Bowlerstore.com, a recent cart list was left on screen and Bowlerstore informed me by email that I had an unfinished cart. So I went to web site and my cart was empty, So I placed an order and when I finished placing my order and paying, the orginial order popped up and doubled everything. I left so things alone and contacted Bowlerstore to change the number of one item which they did. But the 2 orders combined with double the price made me have to work extra hard to correct some of it. I did not like that experience with Bowlerstore.com. Thank You
Cheapest storm I was able to find and only one of the very few sites to carry 13 lbs ball. Was looking for a 13 lbs storm tropical storm and at the site it was available so I ordered and I was refunded immediately because you did not have the 13 lb ball (I still want one if available). Delivery was as scheduled and equipment & accessories are still the cheapest on any website even with the packaging charges. Ball specs are as ordered. Thanks a lot.
The only problem I have ever had, I bought Lind bowling shoes and the heel fell off. Not your fault. I have had Linds for the past 30 years, but no more. They seam to be making them cheaper, but costing more,
My order was received, but the shoes were not what I expected. They had a sliding sole on both right and left shoe, I would like to send them back for another pair.
Website stated that product was in stock when in fact they did not actually have it. After not receiving product I tried to contact customer service. First I tried the online chat and waited for 15 minutes without talking to anyone even though it said they were online. Then I called and got an automated system and had to leave message and got no response. Finally on second try at a later date was able to talk to somebody via online chat. Was told they were in stock when I ordered but that they were backordered now even though website still showed them in stock. Finally received after two weeks. Every other website I looked at at least told truth and said they were backordered.
I had to contact the bowlerstore to change the order slightly. They were great and got the corrected order to me really fast and exactly as we wanted in time for Christmas! It was a great experience all around.
I was just disappointed it did not come before Christmas. When I placed the order it said to arrive between 12/24 and 12/26. I was hoping more for the 12/24 delivery. Product is great - my son is happy.

The delivery and service were very good. The only negative aspect is the restocking fee on a returned item. Your company is the first one that I have used that does it. I hope you reconsider for the future!8
