This item was a gift, they were happy for the most part other than the bag is only rated for a 14 lb. ball and they bowl with a 16. Also the ball holder was foam ant they prefer a hard plastic holder.

I was sent the wrong pair of shoes. I agreed to keep them if you credited me the difference since the ones you sent were cheaper than what I ordered. For the inconvenience, I also asked to be credited the Size Protection cost, which was given to me.

Your site doesn't seem user friendly. It took three attempts to order a single pair of shoes. I abandoned my attempts at Bowlingball.com when their site failed to complete the order I attempted repeatedly place.

My order was received complete and in a reasonable amount of time - My only issue was that I thought I was ordering a different brace then what showed up - and although it was new (Yeah) it was obviously old stock as it was pretty dusty and the box was pretty beat up. The shoes made up for it though! All in all everything was great :)

Shopping the online store was relatively easy. No complaints with the products. Processing shipment was prompt but actual delivery was slow and the delivery confirmation through USPS was not very useful.

I specifically ordered an Orange/Black 3 ball bowling bag.
My paid receipt also confirmed my order was for an Orange/Black bag.
I was shipped a Red/Black bag, not what I ordered. I sent an email advising of the error and have heard nothing back yet.

This is a larger item and would be a pain to ship back to you.
I was dis-satisfied that you did not check the accuracy of the shipment before you sent product out.

I thought my coupon code take5now said I would get $5 off my order and a free micro fiber towel. I got the $5 off but did not receive the towel. It may have been my misunderstanding, either way it is no big deal I am just happy I got my ball quickly. Thank you Jerry

Ball is perfect. The delivery time was a total mess. NOT... I repeat...NOT Bowlerstores fault. The ball sat in the USPS regional site in St Louis for 5 days before I received it. But now, all is good.

I am a 72 year old senior citizen and I was having trouble using my usual duckpin balls. They were pulling my right arm muscles and my shoulder was getting very sore. I saw that there were lightweight balls on your list of balls. It is difficult just finding duckpin balls and when I saw this I thought wow this could be just what I need as I belong to two leagues plus bowl for fun on Mondays. When I used the light balls I noticed my shoulder and right side did not hurt afterwards. I just need to get used to them. So glad I bought them.

I was very pleased with the ease of ordering and how quickly the product arrived. However the shoes were way too big and I had to return them. I wanted to exchange them for the proper size. The process to exchange and not just return was confusing and I needed assistance. I have not received the exchange yet so I cannot say if I was successful or not in understanding their exchange policy.

Your site was a little confusing. I clicked on Amazon pay, and thought I was to give my password for them, but it seems I was to give a password for your site instead. I finally had to change passwords.
I consider the T shirt I ordered to be a little pricey, but definitely unique.

They cancelled my first order via email not calling me because they didn't have the color I needed instead of asking if I would like a different color this was while I was on vacation I was lucky that I was able to check my email and correct it.

Best bowling ball price around for the item I was looking for. Easy to order and easy checkout. The only issue I had was the ball weight was not specific enough. Otherwise I was pleased with my purchase.

I ordered the Linds brand shoe and later was notified that this brand was no longer in stock. Had to go through the company to order, in which, I had to pay extra. Would have been nice if this shoe had not been listed through you because I placed the order with a credit card. I ordered another product(glove)and received it without difficulties.

I think the websight does what it supposed to do. I also think it could look a little more modern and its product organization could be more simplified. But other than I received my shoes as required and I appreciated all updates of my shipments progress!

If I could give bowlerstrore.com a ZERO rating I would.
Shipped incorrect products to me, shipped my products to the customer whos products I received and even knowingly admitted that it was their mistake but will not issue a credit until the products are back in their warehouse because it is their "policy". Mean while, I am out $160.00 because of their "policy".
Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with.
I will go out of my way to never purchase from bowlerstore.com again!

Everything went well until I got near the end when I was about to place my order and decided that I wanted to add another shoe to my shopping cart order. There was no button that allowed me to continue shopping so I had a hard time trying to figure out how to go back to shopping without losing the items I had already placed in my shopping cart.

The t-shirt had the paint from the screen design smudged here and there on it. I am not happy with it especially after paying $22.95 for it. I am keeping it because I can't be bothered returning it. I will not order from your site again. I will pass this on to the other bowlers on the team.

I received my shoes 2 days after I placed the order, and the shipping was free!
After I received my items, I had several questions and contacted customer service.
I received an answer within an hour! All around excellent experience!
