I was leery about trying a service like this so decided to start small. Customer care was very polite and professional. My purchases were repackaged immediately after I requested it and shipped out. I got my order in less than a week. I am very happy with this srvice and intend to keep using them throughout my international career. L!

I live in Dubai and I ordered Halo 5 when it first released. When i did my research i found Boxinus on Facebook. And at that time they had special campaign for Halo 5 and thats why i found them so easily. Important part is it was my son's birthday and i wanted to give him as a present. I wrote them on their live chat and they responded me back immediately. I got my package in 4 days after package delivered their US address. I got good discount and i received it on time so what else would i want.

I'd like to tell you my story with Boxinus. I placed an order on Amazon.com and chose a wrong address in Kuwait for shipping. When ı realized the situation my package was already sent but I couldn't find any information about the shipping company nor the tracking number. I contacted Boxinus customer services. They asked me my amazon.com username and password to contact the seller. Firstly I hesitated, didn't watn to give my personal information to them but I had no choice. 2 days later I received an e-mail from Amazon noting that my item was resent to my address and I received the item in 5 business days. I really thank Boxinus for their help and so happy to find them.

I used other freight forwarding services before to shop online from U.S. The difference between this one and the others is that you can reach them over the phone and they answer all of your questions with patience and kindness. Also they are so fast about shipping. I used to be blased about this kind of services before I met Boxinus. Super customer services!

They asked me to send the order confirmation mail which was sent from the seller. I don't know how but they convinced the seller to send the dress before I return the items. I've heard of Boxinus from some forums as I was really looking for a fast and good forwarder for my orders from amazon. You can't really find a lot about them but I just had to try because of a lot of good reviews and feedback. After getting my packages from amazon within maybe 2 hours it was already updated in their site that my packages was already there and also mentioned the weight as well. They also manage the customs clearing and handling as well. Received my packages before the estimated delivery date. (Maybe would have been a total of only 2 days if it wasn't a day off.) I currently moved to Kuwait from USA and im a big fashion fan. If you compare quality service and prices, I definitely suggest boxinus. Also when I dig little bit deeper, I learned that they are expanding to MENA region, so they apply discounts starting at 20%. So basically you just sign up and get your US address from them and write that address to the shopping site that you wish to shop. And you let you know on every step. Even if you dont know about shipping cost, they have live chat (i think its 7/24) and you can ask them how much everything will cost to you and they assure you that there wont be any additional fees! (believe me its hard to find such a service in nowadays).

I ordered an item from amazon for my boss. As I work intensely I did not track the status of the shipment after I created my shipping order on Boxinus. In 3 days one of customer services agents called me and told me that my package was held in customs and I should contact the shipping compay in order to release my package. I was so surprised to see that they were tracking the package in behalf of me and they didn't stop their services after shipping. Thanks boxinus for savng my business life. I can't imagine how could I explain my boss if the package was returned.
