After reading the boxytech reviews, I made a purchase. It was really helpful and I thank for those who were behind my successful shopping. Great price, very easy website and excellent prompt delivery.

I ordered a Michael Kors iphone wallet. I emailed them to find out if item would be genuine, and got a reply to say yes all items are genuine. So thereafter after placing order it took 3 weeks for order to reach me. Guess What? It was fake, but i really could not be asked to go through the headache of sending it back, and waiting for replies. All designer items on this site will therefor be fake, so dont take that risk. I lost £32, but i learnt my lesson.

This is scam site, avoid!

I have ordered a Bluetooth headset on October 16 and paid for DHL express to get it ASAP. It is November 3 and no peep from this company. Lucky to have a great purchase protection service from my bank who reimbursed me right next day I have filed a dispute.

I have been purchasing things from this website for a long. I didn’t have any complaints till and they exceeded my expectation each and every time. Just read the couple of reviews and you will know about them.

This whole website is a scam, received products that I was told were fake by the actual company who makes them. So I emailed boxy tech for a refund and they said I will have one in 3-8 days. 3 weeks later still no refund and they are ignoring all my emails. All of the good reviews are obviously all fake done by the company themselves

I would just like to vouch for this site because it seems that a competitor is trying to damage this company's reputation. That's not fair to these guys which are doing a great job. I placed an ordered on December 28th for an Otterbox Defender for my iPad Mini Retina. They shipped the product the next day and it was with me 6 days later. That's not bad considering how slow mail is this time of year.

Delivery is very slow. I actually had to e-mail to check on my item when it didn't arrive, and then I learned they had not yet processed the order. I am still sending e-mails back and forth trying to get the item delivered. We'll see if and when it arrives. Don't believe the delivery times listed on the site.

Delivery took very long but that wasn't Boxytech 's fault, it was slow Usps. They actually shipped the product quickly. Very pleased with the product I ordered and that I always got a response from them. Not many companies are that friendly.

I placed an order without reviewing this company as I was in a rush. My order was placed on 12/16 regular mail. I sent an email immediately and asked for them to expedite. I got a reply, order another and refuse the other one at the door. I of course did not do that thankfully. It is Jan. 3rd and I still do not have the order. I emailed and received a response that the facility in New York was holding it up. LOL not true. This website is a FRAUD- they are crooks. My husband is working with AMEX and I have contacted Visa and MC to warn about this merchant. I believe the "good" reviews are people affiliated with the company. Stay away- do not order. I am also spreading the word via all the social network tools I use.

I purchased a LifeProof case for my IPhone - I dropped it once and it broke, cracked and pieces came off. I also bought one from another store and that one I have dropped at least 10 times and it is fine. You can tell the differences between the cases they are not made with the same material or the same quality. I would recommend not buying cases from this company you will pay less but not get the same quatlity you would has if you walked in a well known store and bought one. I was truely upset with this product did not last me a week.

I purchased two LifeProof cases for iPhone 4S, one black and one blue. As soon as they came in the mail, I called LifeProof directly to register the products for their warranty. LifeProof took the serial numbers and informed me both cases were not produced by their company and they would not honor a warranty. I immediately emailed BoxyTech to get the return merchandise authorization code from them, as listed on their website, so that I can return the products and get my money back. I did not get a response. I also posted on their Facebook page. My post was deleted and I can no longer post or comment on their Facebook page. Beware this company. I am a real person and as far as I am concerned, they have stolen from me.

I'm just contacting you to let you know how pleased I am with the service I received from bOXYtech. I was looking for a stylish, yet practical, cover for my iPad (3), and had been looking for weeks in the UK. Eventually I saw a review from a US company for the Incase Book Jacket Select, and tried to order it in the UK - no joy. By chance I stumbled on your website which had the version I wanted at a reasonable price, and charged *very* fair delivery charges (considering it came from Hong Kong). Tracking was accurate (provided by HK post): the item reached me 9 days after I placed the order, perfectly packaged, and just what I wanted. Thanks for providing such a great online shopping experience.

I bought an otterbox armor (their toughest) and it leaked. Boxytech arranged a replacement but it's locking tabs for the back broke on first use. They organised a third Armor and it too leaked. Have tried many times to get redress, but no replies to emails. The envelopes in which the items were posted to me came from Hong Kong. Seems strange that an item manufactured in Mexico should go to Far East for shipping to UK. They COULDN'T BE FAKES, COULD THEY? I am convinced they are. Don't go near this company, (unless you like being ripped off).

I ordered a MK wristlets for my daughter for Christmas. Just received it from a December 10 order! I kept emailing them and they assured me it was coming. Finally received it and it's a FAKE! Do not ever order from this company! They send out fake products! I'm also reporting them to the better business buera! Still have no reply balc to get my money back!

"STAY AWAY" Ordered a product over a month ago, no arrival. Attempted to resolve the matter and company refused to assist. No company service. Intend to contact Better Business Bureau and anyone else for assistance. This is definitely a "BUYER BEWARE" business that should be closed down!
