Awful! I ordered an iPad mini case on this website. The email stated it should be here within 5-12 days. It has been 2 weeks and the tracking website still states it is in Hong Kong.

I asked customer support if they will charge me when my 1 year subscription is over and they replied that it will not charge me. 5 months later they have charge me another year of subscription.

You can really rely on this website for ordering the mobile phone accessories online. They have garnered the trust of many customers and you can read the positive reviews on the Internet.

It is really cool to read some of the boxytech reviews online. I believe that those reviews are genuine. I have also decided to buy some of the accessories there.

I got a beautiful rabito bunny ears case for my new iPhone. It looks so lovely and all my friends questioned where I got this. I recommend boxytech to them.

I placed a order for a otterbox for my daugthers ipad and have not received it yet it was suppose to be shipped a week ago and is still showing to be in hong kond.

100% fraud page, dont buy here. Didnt get any mail confirming my purchase. They dont reply emails, total disaster.

They shipped my ordered items quickly. Overall, I love the cases and accessories from the team. To me, boxytech is the best company.

This website is a fraud. I ordered a Marc Jacobs Javier the Owl Iphone 5 5s phone case. I ordered the case at the end of September. I sent an email on October 14 and I also sent a message to the website's chat box where you can message the company. It's been almost 2 weeks and no reply. My iphone case is not delivered, in fact we just ordered another one from Ebay (where they will guaranty back your money if your ordered item is not sent). This website is absolutely awful. I'm 18 years old and maybe this happens all the time if you don't order from the giants (amazon, etsy, ebay) but after this incident I will definitely rethink ordering from another website that isn't already reputable. I have read reviews on this website as well as two other websites that also have had similar experiences as mine. I will definitely research and see what I can do about this (maybe report this to the Better Business Bureau). Also, from what I've seen, some of the positive reviews are giving it a 5 star before receiving their product. Also, some of the customers who have given it a 5 star rating I saw that one the same day they posted on here they also posted on the BoxyTech Facebook website, with basically the same review. Each one of their facebook profiles had no picture, and they all liked boxycharm and Hem Web Apps Pvt Ltd. Maybe their real people, idk but I would be cautious about their reviews. Also on their website, they estimate shipping to be about 4-12 days. It's been almost a month. Also, they stated "You may contact *******@boxytech.com and we will always respond to your inquiry within 24 hours." Lies again. I have emailed them two weeks ago (I've also messaged them using the tiny right green support box on their website) to no avail. Sorry for this long review, but this company is absolutely awful. They lie on their website, try to avoid the responsibility to their customers by avoiding their emails, and they basically just take our money. They basically just took my money and never sent in the product that they promised. This is absolutely disgusting.

I can say that boxytech reviews are very amazing to read. I have ordered many products from that store and they sell amazing range of products.

The products from the marketplace boxytech catered to my needs. I amazed with the apple accessories and funny cases from the site.

Anyone whos giving that site good ratings is probably working for boxytech, all fake merch. Dont buy

I love this website and it is my favorite place for ordering mobile accessories. You can read their online reviews to know how good they are.

Fake products... Boxytech promised a refund... Never received it! See correspondence below with boxytech rep (I replaced my last name and email address with ****).

The package states Navy but the flip cover inside is white. A real Spigen
Flip cover has a slit to hold a credit card or ID card on the inside flap

I ordered an otterbox case from these guys. It came quick and was the original product.
