I used your text message to ask questions about the therall arthritis gloves and one question i asked twice was can I use these gloves while I sleep because i have carpal tunnel in both hands/wrists Both times the answer was yes I could sleep with them. Reading the box it states " not recommended to be worn while sleeping. If I had know this I would not have purchased them. The staff should be aware of the recommendations for the products you sell.
I will know more when I receive it, and if I need to exchange it, how I am treated then. So far, I found an ankle brace that looks like it will work for us. Thanks!

Hip strap adjustment did not lock tight it kept slipping I had to bend teeth straighter on buckle to keep it from sliding. I don't know if I just got a bad one or if it is poor engineering. Has one else had this problem or complaint?
I admit to making the mistake of not closely checking what l was ordering but correcting the mistake through your system is beyond this old man's ability. Therefore l will eat the mistake and get on with my life and make sure to not only check what l am ordering but WHO l order from. I assure you your company will not used. Thank you for the ride.
This was my first order...I was looking forward to trying the product. Being the first time I ordered from this company, I felt relieved to see that returns were a breeze, as stated on the website. However the brace was a large, and after talking to customer service it is the largest available. I was advised that I could return the item and only store credit was available, it's possible that the return will be easy, however, I find this a moot point given the fact that they could not fit me with the proper size product/brace, or issue a refund.
The received product did not fit even though we followed size guidelines in ordering. We are attempting to return it for another product preciously described in an earlier email message- we are waiting on approval for this exchange.
The brace was purchased for a post surgery support. The first few days it worked and stayed in place wonderfully, but each day it lost the elasticity and now drops to my ankle within the first 30 minutes.
