All my experiences have always been fast, easy and no hassle. Great customer service if you have questions also. Other companies in all fields should take note.
I ordered poster frames from here and, upon delivery, I noticed that the package was damaged with some minor damage to the poster frames. When putting the claim through the delivery service, I only recouped around 50% of what I paid for them. I am told that Braeside did not set an insured value when shipping the product. When I reach out to try and resolve this, I get no response. I would not purchase from here again and I would warn others to be cautious as well.
I could not get in touch with anyone in your company to find out about the order I placed. I tried emailing, calling, and chatting online. No response until I left a quite nasty message. I ended up cancelling the order. Good luck to your business; but it's your customer service that needs improving.

Ordering was very easy and after I set up the account they were able to take the taxes off because of us being a public school.

I needed a certain size display for my new book and could not find the right size on the website. I called the company and the woman who helped me found the perfect stand and not cardboard, which I had looked for, but acrylic which was perfect! Arrived quickly, very affordable and very high quality.
This last order was one of the best orders I've done with Braeside. They have upgraded their website and the ordering process in the end. It was easy for me this time. I have run into problems in the past.
Mostly I just want to thank Ashlie Guthrey for her help. Not just with this order but also in times past.
And btw, the online experience for ordering has a glitch or something when it comes to the adding of the shipping costs. At least for my order anyway.

Customer service has been good. Waiting for instructions to return. Item was not strong enough for my needs.
Everything went smoothly. My only issue would be that the "legs" on the displays are fairly flimsy and I'm concerned it may fall over as a result. I think I can figure that out.
The products seem ok so far. I have not used them much yet. They don't fit some of my brochures. I like the idea of being able to disassemble them and transport them in a flat position. That seems to be working out well.
After the last of my plastic holders broke in transit to an event, I went looking for a brochure holder I could collapse. So glad to find Braeside. The plain white cardboard holders for trifold brochures are perfect. I'll eventually customize them with logo stickers.

They were easy to install but I was a little disappointed they didn't come with any mounting hardware.
