Without any notification, my account was suddenly subscribed to a paid plan. I never agreed to recurring payments, yet they deducted the amount automatically. Canceling has been an absolute nightmare with no clear resolution.

Their website claims cancellation is easy, but it's deliberately made difficult. Clicking "cancel" just redirects to irrelevant pages, wasting time and patience. I had to contact my bank to block further payments.

My inbox is flooded with their emails, despite unsubscribing multiple times. Their spam tactics feel desperate and aggressive, making me regret ever giving them my contact information. It's an endless cycle of deleting and blocking.
