This kit was very easy and fun to use. The lotion bars are a decent size and it came with all the ingredients you will need. The scent is nice, but I selected a different scent. I like that the kit comes with labels, they are very basic, but they are in sticker paper, so that helps. I placed the bars into cupcake liners to keep the container a little cleaner. I would buy again.
This company has gone downhill over the years. The quality of their products are mostly decent, but sometimes lack consistency, and are packaged poorly (as in carelessly and spill) you are highly unlikely to receive a refund for their bad though. Since they updated their website a few years ago, every time I've placed an order, it's been a headache. The site checkout is constantly glitchy. NOT confidence inspiring for online transactions. Honestly if I can find what I need elsewhere, I avoid here. Too bad I got hooked on some of their scents years ago so I keep coming back to their dysfunction.
I use this in soap making. This product always works well for me. Product arrived nicely packed and by date expected.
Brambleberry's customer service is by far one of the best in the industry, Shipping is prompt, they keep you up to date on where your order is getting out the door and if there is any problem once it arrives, they bend over backwards to make it right. I bought a 16oz bottle of Oatmeal Milk & Honey and the lid cracked in transit and just a small amount maybe a 1/2oz to an ounce, when I called and explained what happened they said they would take care of it [they] answered the call and I told her if they would just send me an ounce to make up for the lost fragrance I would be happy. Next thing I know I have a 16oz bottle show up at my doorstep the next week. That to me is a rare company in todays market.
Good enough for each, but don't. I made some CP yesterday, and it smells like I baked all day in the kitchen! Since the soap has not yet cured, it is too soon to say how long it will last.
The products are good and the turn-around time is just ok. The company is very treacherous with email marketing. Unsubscribe and they trick you into signing up again just by logging into your account. Be prepared to reaceive emails almost everyday. I gave them my feedback that their email marketing was to aggressive and the only site that catches you off guard signing you up by default when you login. They told me to pound sand claiming their marketing practices were industry standard. They do themselves a disservice alienating clientel with aggressive marketing. I buy from them but don't like them.
I placed an order almost a month ago, and still haven't received it. Now I've been told it was damaged, and no one let me know. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and only offered to reship or refund. Didn't even apologize for the month I've waited, with no correspondence. I will never be ordering from them again. Very disappointing.
My husband insisted we start ordering from Bramble Berry. I felt they were overpriced but went with it. The first order we got, soaps were damaged and covered the bottles. We had to wash the bottles. Second order was delayed three days without any reason given, then when I received it they sent the wrong soap base. 10 pounds of citric acid was a four pound bag, the rest was all over the bottles, in the bottles, in the bottom of the box and had leaked from the box. The soaps were again damaged and melted which made the bottles even more of a mess. This is ridiculous. They packaging is terrible, the wad up paper and shove in it like that's going to protect anything and the bottles are just thrown all over the box with no organization. I would avoid this company at all costs! Too expensive and NOT WORTH IT! We still haven't heard back from them either. Horrible customer service.

First time ordering from this site. I almost didn't based on recent reviews however my FB group spoke highly of them so I gave it a shot. 5 items arrived in a week with no issue. They seem high quality to me. Will use again.
My regular supplier is temporarily out of coconut oil and after scouring other suppliers for product and price I ordered a #35 lb container from this company on July 9,2020. I expected email confirmation which never came so contacted them on their website since I had registered as a guest and could not access online order information. No response. I have contacted them again today and after reading the reviews wish I had done so before ordering as this poor service and communication seems typical of this operation. NOT the sort of business experience I expect or am used to. Caveat emptor.
I really wanted to support a WA business but this is really bad customer service. They do not reply to emails or call back if you leave a voice mail. Products have been really good so there's that. I understand the crisis but a little communication will go a long way. Waiting 8 days to here back is unacceptable and a waste of customer's time.
You will notice many negative reviews happened during the pandemic. Most businesses were closed and still are. I think they are doing well under the circumstances. This virus is deadly and I think safety should come first before anything else.
I placed my order on 2-15-21. Today is 2-22-21 and I still have not received confirmation that my order is being prepared. This is my first experience with Bramble Berry. I typically order from WholeSale Supplies Plus but they have been out of lye for some time now. Bramble Berry website said that my order would be processed in 1-2 business days, it's been 6. I emailed customer service and did not receive a response. I called the phone number listed and it automatically goes to voicemail. Some random person called me back and said that my order shipped on Thursday and I should expect it in 4 business days. I asked for a tracking number and they said it should be in my email shortly. Needless to say there was never any email or tracking number. I am very disappointed with the overall handling of my order and it seems like I may never get my products. I should of just ordered off Amazon, at least they are dependable.

I placed three orders all at the same time two shipped one is stuck in shipping label created. Tried chatting i was told maybe they forgot to scan it 7 days later the order still is stuck on shipping label created and im being told there is nothing they can do. I would NEVER recommend this company
I've purchased from this company for about 5 years. Love their stuff. Shipping is slow but I plan accordingly. THEN they revamped their website. Now I cannot order from my mobile devices, which is how I've always ordered AND my account history only goes back as far as the new website! Purchase history before June is gone. Never really kept invoices because I've always looked up purchase history at tax time. (Shame on me) This tax season is going to be a real treat. I'm done with brambleberry
1. Opened account with Bramble Berry but have yet to be able to sign in! 2. Cannot look up any of my orders website has no record of anything I've ordered. 3. Although my order came within 4 days, my order is completely WRONG. Out of 4 essential oils ordered, only 1 was correct!
I know, why not just send them back right! But i live in high desert and the post office is 10 miles away and without a vehicle it is impossible.
For 2 days I have emailed, and I have called and I still haven't had 1 response.
I know im only 1 person and my purchases or better said my decision to NOT purchase from this company has 0 impact on them, but I think that just out of simple courtesy they could have addressed this in a better manner.

Recently got in touch with this supplier, after seeing that an order I needed still had not even shipped, the representative said that the shipping department was preparing my order. And when I was like, really? It's been 10 days. Your site is apologizing for delays of 5 to 7 days due to COVID 19; and I have waited 10 days already and you can't even tell me sorry it will ship out tomorrow or something. His response was that I could've paid to rush my order (they charge outrageously for standard shipping as it is) I was like no thanks, I'll just shop elsewhere in the future. He closed with "OK have a nice day." Not a single apology or attempt to make it right. I'm a business owner, and it's my policy to only buy supplies from people that want my business.
I am also surprised to see the low reviews. I just had to contact customer service for the first time after ordering from Bramble Berry for a few years. Customer service was so nice and super helpful! They really turned a little glitch into a great experience.

I live in the south where humidity is king. So lotion has never been a necessity. However when I moved temporarily across country to the high desert mountains and my skin struggled with adjusting I got this lotion and I got to say it's amazing. I have since moved back to the South and will continue to use this because it's so light. It melts into your skin and does not leave that greasy film that so many other lotions leave.
I was expecting so much more of bramble berry. A lot of soap makers I know buy their products, so I thought why shouldn't I? I will not be getting fragrances from here again. They smell so synthetic and fake... I am not happy! I never even received an order confirmation! I had to contact them on their site, thankfully someone responded. They arrived after a week or so later. Do not buy from here. This place seems amazing (it's not)
As a brand you should be there for your customers, I've always gotten the cold shoulder with bramble berry. They are lucky there pricing is okay otherwise I wouldn't dare shop there. They don't have a big enough selection for essential oils and I am disappointed that their fragrance oils are not natural. Word of advice Bramble berry, you are $#*!ing up, do better or your brand will not stand.
I recently ordered 7 items from brambleberry. New customer. After i ordered, i realized one of the oils i ordered said not for cp soap. So i emailed within 5 minutes and asked them to remove the 1 item, they said no... okay i received the order and the oils are total garbage. Heavily mixed with water or something. Almost no scent. I opened 1 to try on my wrist and the plastic stopper fell out and spilled the oil. I emailed customer service and (politely) asked if they could do something... they emailed back their policy and said no. "Have a great day!" DO NOT WASTE TOUR MONEY!

I lost all respect for this company when they took a stance and determined to openly promote soapers based solely on the color of their skin. Want to promote your product with them? Depending on the saturation is the melanin in your skin, that May not happen.
They take too long shipping product.
Nag champa is my favorite incense and it smells just like this FO. Extremely well mannered in CP soap. My favorite perfume is nag champa and this FO smells just like it. Extremely polite in CP soap
